Nice hotel but maybe better to stay here in the winter.

Newer hotel, clean and comfortable. Dinner was excellent.

Construction, dirt road. Restaurant not open for breakfast. No service in the lounge at 4pm. Extra fee for garage parking.

Overall we enjoyed our stay

The view and the hiking. Also very quiet.

The bed was too soft which gave my wife a bit of a back ache. The room needed a regular coffee maker and a kettle with tea

The staff was greatly helpful with checking in and managing all the skis and snowboards.

Very good

Hotel was lovely and the service was really good. Location at base of Red Mountain was awesome.

The food at the restaurant was good for 1-2 days. By day 3 the novelty had worn off for me, and the prices were feeling high for the value by day three. I think they may have had a shortage of restaurant staff, because the service was quite slow.

It was a great stay!

It was modern, spacious and comfortable. We ordered room service for dinner and the food was excellent. Our complimentary continental breakfast was delivered to our room was healthy and delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

There wasn’t anything that we disliked.

The hotel was brilliantly clean and great, helpful staff.

Every single person we came into contact with who worked at the hotel from front desk to waitstaff was so helpful and pleasant. The room and entire hotel was brilliantly clean, the restaurant and bar was great along with good and reasonable food. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends and family.

great place to splurge a little bit and enjoy the ski hill and apres ski ambiance.

perfectly located on the ski hill with convenient ski check and a great terrace, bar and restaurant right next to the lift.

price was a little high but it is an elegant hotel with excellent finishing touches.

Great hotel on the mountain that was pricier that it should have been.

The location on the hill was great. The service and people were all excellent.

The cost for the room was a little high for what you got. If breakfast was included it might have been better value. The plant based choices were very slim. I didn’t expect that at a high end establishment like this.

Most of us were very happy with the rooms except one couple shower was dirty

Very inefficient check in procedure. Special request was not followed but they did accommodate us at check in. Restaurant reservation was made but not recorded upon arrival but arrangements were made after me checking in with the restaurant host. Good was excellent and server did a good job. Check in was unacceptable speculaas since all details were given long time ago?

At the base of Red Mountain

Nice, modern, new room. Everything is high quality. Nice flat screen TV, small fridge and Keurig coffee machine. Great view of the mountain.

No hair dryer and iron (maybe on request). Paid breakfast with ridiculous prices (2 hard boiled eggs $12.50, fruit platter $17.00, etc.). WiFi is available, but gives a lot of security warnings.

Exceptional

Great location, beautiful & comfortable room, great staff.

Didn’t love the breakfast option....a “special” for the hotel guests due to COVID protocols. Pricey at $25 per person, the highlight being an icy cold piece of egg & potato frittata delivered to the room, at the very least they could have sent a small carafe of coffee not just one tiny cup.

Unsurpassed location and luxury

The location is a massive winner. Red Ski Resort has phenomenal facilities and The Josie is perfectly positioned to take advantage. The hotel is modern, clean and ultra chic. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Some of the staff came across as inexperienced. It took some time to get some pretty basic questions answered at times. The good staff are exceptional.
