Embassy Suites By Hilton Oahu Kapolei - FREE Breakfast

Very good breakfast and attached restaurant (Sprigs). All staff were friendly and courteous. Housekeeping did a good job. The room safe was nice.

The bedside lights were horrible. Way too bright and glaring. The walls were not very sound-proof. We could often hear the people in neighboring rooms talking. In fairness, sometimes that was families with children who seemed to feel the need to yell every word they said. There were at least a couple of rooms near us who had dogs that were left alone in the rooms and barked incessantly for long periods of time. I thought $40/night for parking was extremely high. That said, the lot was nice and there was plenty of room. Mattresses were marginal as far as comfort. Stayed here to avoid the crowding of Waikiki/downtown Honolulu. We didn’t anticipate how many hours of the day H-1 is very congested with stop-and-go traffic. We met some relatives for breakfast at a restaurant just off H-1 on the other side of Honolulu at 8:30 a.m., about 26 miles away. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get there - almost all on interstates!

The pool was smaller than expected, but we were out doing a lot of exploring so it’s still fine.

Clean and bed comforts , location its great

None shampoo and conditioner we been asking no one refills it and shower curtain not great always leak on the floor not totally cover up and tub slippery . Swimming pool to cold to swim , tub to hot .

Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was awesome and so are the staff.
