I loved the spacious apartment and breakfast …..we saw fireflys at night.
The rooftop pool had a wonderful view.
There were too many stairs to the upper levels and the pool had no steps to exit from.
A bottle of coke overflowed when we opened it in the room the hotel charged a few hundred baht to replace the 2x small towels we used to clean it up, rather than launder them. I felt this was poor customer service.

Very comfortable with excellent friendly staff
The pool has no ladder or steps to get out and, being older, was actually very difficult to get out for myself and my wife.

Location is great and rooms are stunning. We loved the staff, they are polite and the service is great. We had some issues with the roomcard not working and they solved the problem really quick.
Breakfast was nice, you had 4 options and a small buffet. Would absolutely recommend
Everything was great
