Wonderful Cinque Terre experience

Property was clean and everything was like new. The sound of the stream was wonderful. The terrace garden is a nice place to sit. Manager is very welcoming.

Chamant, mais l'emplacement ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui est annoncé.

L'accueil de l'hôte était parfaite. Il nous a donné de bons conseils, nous a aidé dans nos recherches, nous a reconduit à notre chambre etc. La chambre etait juste correct au niveau de la grandeur et le balcon a agrémenté notre sejour. Elle était propre et nous avions toutes les commodités.

La localisation de l'habitation ne correspondait absoluement pas à ce qui est annoncé sur booking. On ne peut pas être plus haut dans la ville! Nous sommes plus haut que l'église, à cote du stationnement. J'avais choisit ce logement spécialement parce qu'il devait être en bas de la ville. Après une heure de recherche et demandes d'aides aux habitants , nous avons enfin trouvé. L'homme à l'accueil nous a confirmé qu'il y avait un probléme avec l'indication sur booking. Ils le savent et ne font pas d'ajustement, c'est decevant.

Don't miss this one

Wonderful hosts, who were so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. A little out of the main town so less busy, yet only a couple of minutes walk from the station. Amazing restaurants very close by.

Perfect location. Clean and tidy. Very modern.

Location was perfect and staff were really lovely too! I left my jewely and they communicated with me and we arranged how I would get it back.

Would have been nice to have a balcony or terrace.

Nice stay

Quiet location away from fhe crowds. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Hosts were helpful with recommendations and directions.

Be prepared that you will be located at the top of the village so therefore an uphill walk with luggage.

Perfect location with welcoming staff and a lovely room

The staff here were amazing and really helpful and informative. The room was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and a lovely location. We had a great sleep and stay. There umis even a sun terrace to relax on.

The location was quiet away from touristy areas of town. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, accommodating and helpful. We felt very well taken care of. The coffee in the room was very good as well

The staff were very nice and the room was cool and clean. We had a very pleasant stay and we would recommend this to anyone.

It was at the top of a 350m hill from the train station which can be hard for some people.

The hotel provided a lovely weekend retreat. Lovely town.

The hotel was what is often referred to as a 'boutique' hotel. The furnishings and bath fixtures were all new. The room was immaculate. Stephan was always available to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, the hotel provided all that I wanted/needed. Price was excellent. Places to eat nearby and it was away from numerous weekend tourists.

It's up the hill a bit which was difficult at first. (May have been the heat that made the climb difficult.) But on the other hand it was away from summer tourists so it was quiet and peaceful. There's no view from the hotel, but a fabulous one not far down the hill.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place

Beautiful place, very clean, nice owner who was very helpful. Was very hot when we were there, but AC worked perfectly. Take note that it’s at the top of the walk up from the harbor so quite a trip if you have a lot of luggage.

Great place to stay

Good communication and easy check in. Lovely friendly staff who went out of their way to make us welcome. The room was clean and tidy and good value for a few nights stay.

Can't fault it! It was perfect for what we wanted.

Comfortable bed, good a/c, nice staff, great value for money. It's at the top of the town so a big walk up the hill, but a really nice location, quiet and if you're hiking between towns it's convenient to the trailheads.

Friendly staff. Nice location.

Staff so friendly. Gave us so much helpful information. Even checked if we needed toilet when collected bags.

Couldn't find milk for coffee. Definitely would have been given some if asked though. Took us a little while to find. An outside pic as guide would be perfect. Bed really squeaky so wakes a light sleeper if you toss and turn.

Not bad if it's your only option in Cinque Terre

The host was very helpful. The room was clean and newly renovated. The bed is extremely comfortable, and actually has memory-foam pillows, which is a huge blessing. The building is picturesque and there is a nice sitting area on the terrace (the sign says "Relax and solarium").

I could hear everything the people in the next room were saying, and they were actually talking quietly; and at one point there was a bunch of happy and quite loud visitors having a beer and a smoke under the window. So not very quiet or private. The room is tiny and not very well designed - for example, there is absolutely nowhere to eat a sandwich except on the floor, and no surface to put anything in the bathroom. Also there were communication difficulties, for example the host told me he would call a luggage collection service for me, but the lady on duty the next day did not know what he meant and speaks very little English, although she tried very hard to help me. The room had no view, but this was specified on the website.

Great location and very clean!

I liked how the reception desk was very helpful with recommendations and directions to the guesthouse. It was very clean and comfortable and the room came well equipped. I would stay here again!!

Very well appointed. Kitchen was superb!!!

Very far from train, but more than that, very steep as it was the very last building and our badges were heavy. That was a tough climb
