Leonardo was very lovely and gracious. His colleague, Corona was also lovely and helped him look after the attached shop. The apartment is a short walk from Manarola train station with relatively steep ramps if you are using a suitcase, however there are stairs to reach the apartment from the street entrance. Excellent AC and kitchen facilities. There's a washing machine with washing pods provided and you can hang out your washing on the lines outside from the balcony. The little living room area with a TV that has Netflix/Apple TV was great when we wanted to escape the heat. The shower pressure was good as was temperature adjustment. Beach towels were provided in a cute little straw bag and a random yoga mat and random health devices were available like massage balls and grip strength and a back scratcher. A cleaning lady comes in everyday to tidy up the room and make the bed. It's pretty quiet at night with minimal noise pollution. There are working bedside USB ports on both sides as well as a powerpoint and bedside lights. Leonardo also advised us that staying in Cinque Terre gave us access to a tourist QR code so we could access the Via Dell'Amore from the Manarola end any time of day - note: you still need to pay the National Park fee separately at the train station office.
Honestly, not much to affect the enjoyment of our stay - the couch was a bit shallow but my husband and I both fit on it. The shower doors didn't seal very well so the bathroom floor got a little wet but it wasn't significantly impactful.

Top notch! 👌Would highly recommend. Location and town are easily walkable with luggage . Manarola was our favourite we hope to be back one day! The host and staff were friendly and helpful and made everything easy.
