The location in Manarola was great! Not too far up the hills, close to everything. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. Loris was extremely nice and helpful, helping us buy Cinque Terre cards, giving us recommendations and letting us store our luggage when we had to checkout. Bonus points for a nice little terrace overlooking the town square. Would definitely recommend this place to others!
There was a mini breakfast included but you’ll definitely still want to buy breakfast as it’s not much.

Loris is the most welcoming and lovely host! The room and location were excellent but Loris was so helpful with setting up our boat tour, getting our laundry done and any other questions we had.
The bed pillows were slightly uncomfortable, but that’s really it.

Location and little patio and the -host-was very nice.
She was extremely helpful with bookings and hiking information. Really loved her attitude in an area that isn’t always so nice to tourists.
Very weird smell in our room and the shower area had some mouse droppings. Shower was
Very tiny and leaked everytime so there was soaking wet floor mat daily.
Room #2 is pretty dark and away from any sort of views with a window on the public path so you could never open it. A/c is on a timer and if you come back to your room you can’t change the A/C setting apparently.
Other rooms seemed better.
