My favorite town in Cinque Terre, Manarola. Small, quaint, good place to swim, simple. The hotel is right above the village plaza. The host is friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Loris and Lorenzo were very responsive with communications. Loris was absolutely fantastic with any of our needs. She arranged porters for our large luggage, recommended restaurants and made reservations for us; and booked us for a sunset cruise. She was efficient and pleasant. Make sure when making a reservation that you book the property near the pharmacy. They have multiple properties and the other one is far up the hill

Enjoyed our stay. A unique property, it was fun to stay in a 'cave'. Staff was very friendly, gave excellent directions and was very close to the train station. Airconditioning worked great! Would stay again.
