Everything, loved the location, the complimentary breakfast, great pool for the kiddos, the staff was very nice and friendly, loved my room wish I can ask for it every time, will definitely be back.
The parking, at night it was extremely hard to find parking some people even had to park on the side

The staff was nice the hotel was decently clean
Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. I had pre-selected/requested a crib before our arrival, but it was never placed in the room. I even reminded the staff about the crib when I checked in early around 8 AM. We left and returned to the hotel around 6 PM, and the crib was still not there. I had to ask again, and it then took over an hour for it to finally be delivered.
The AC was also a major issue. The temperature could only be adjusted using the controls on the wall unit, and even with the AC set continuously to 60°F, the room would only cool down to around 74°F according to the wall thermostat. It never seemed to cool the room properly.
On top of that, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Overall, between the crib being forgotten despite requesting it ahead of time and reminding staff at check-in, the AC not working properly, and the uncomfortable bed, the stay was much less comfortable than expected.
