Print out during check in had the wrong WiFi information Had to call multiple times until one of the staff realized they gave my the wrong WiFi information. As someone that works remote, I didn’t like that but at least it was finally resolved after 24 hours. Also most hotels/resorts allow for early check in if the suite/room is available. Once the room was prepared I got a email stating my room was ready. While the sheets was clean, the property was not deep cleaned, it was surface level clean. The half bath was not properly clean after the last guest as there was residue of feces in the bowel that I saw upon entering the property. I called front desk and they sent someone in a timely matter, though if I had to wait for the property to be ready, it should’ve been properly cleaned prior to my arrival and walk through. Lastly, the map and directions I was given was subpar, if you are driving/bringing a car it’s easy to get to your resort home, if walking the directions I got did not help at all.

The internet didn’t work for 2 days

It was quiet and peaceful, tidy and well kept. We had events at the convention center so the location was perfect with only a seven minute drive.

The apartment appeared very clean when we got there. However, when we were walking on the floor barefoot right before going to bed, it felt like the floor has some kind of film to it that was sticking to out feet, and when we checked our feet after they were almost black from dirt or whatever was on that floor. Trying to tell three kids they could not take their shoes off for four days was not easy. The evening before we were leaving, we were watching TV in the living room when we all of a sudden smelled a very strong smell and of sulphur. After investigating, we figured it came from the drain in the kitchen. We had barely used the kitchen during our stay, but had done some dishes that day.
