La struttura ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative. Camera ampia con bagno privato, Aria condizionata, TV schermo piatto, frigobar, cassetta di sicurezza macchina del caffè, bollitore per il the e phon. Flavia e Giacomo i gestori del B&B sono persone squisite che sanno mettere a proprio agio i loro clienti. La struttura non prevede la possibilità di fare colazione ma i proprietari compensano con piccole carinerie come snack, biscotti e focacce per gli ospiti (comunque è presente un bar proprio accanto all'ingresso del B&B). La struttura è ricavata in un condominio a pochi passi dal mare e la spiaggia libera più vicina dista circa 15 minuti a piedi. Il centro di Lerici è invece a pochi passi con abbondanza di ristoranti e locali. Se cercate le comodità di un Hotel stellato probabilmente "Il Capitano" non soddisferà le vostre aspettative ma se cercate una struttura con tutto quello che vi da una camera di un hotel 3 stelle condito dalla cordialità e dal calore dei proprietari e ad un prezzo assolutamente concorrenziale "Il Capitano" potrebbe fare al caso vostro.
Non ci sono note negative da segnalare. Anche se la pulizia della camera viene effettuata ogni 5 giorni come chiaramente riportato sul sito, le camere sono pulitissime con biancheria ed asciugamani che profumano di pulito come a casa propria.

Zeer vriendelijke host. Moderne, mooie kamer en perfecte ligging. We kregen een upgrade bij de kamer, dit was zeer fijn. Giacomo was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ook altijd beschikbaar. De kamer ligt op wandelafstand van Lerici, een heel mooi dorp. Wij hadden geen auto en konden alles met trein en bus doen. Heel vlot openbaar vervoer en een bushalte net voor de deur! Sterk aan te raden verblijf.

L’emplacement est super pratique pour visiter la région sans voiture, en plus les navettes gratuites passent juste devant l’appartement et nous amènent directement à la plage.
L’hôte est super gentille et serviable et a rendu mon court séjour très agréable, je vais revenir en famille car c’est aussi très adéquat avec des enfants.
Jai trouvé l’appartement bien agencé avec une deco sobre et agréable, une literie confortable. Gros plus, il y a une clim/chauffage moderne. C’est aussi très calme.
Rien, j’aurais voulu rester plus longtemps
