The location was very good. The connection to the pool was brilliant. The apartment was very spacious. The garage and parking was easy to access and use. All-in-all 'functionally' the apartment was satisfactory, but not great.
The property management company were helpful and responsive with our questions and the neighbours in the building were friendly too.
The apartment was tired. The apartment when we got it had broken (bottle) glass on the balcony and parts of a broken wine glass in the living room around the couch. The kitchenware was absolutely the minimum cheap/ functional, not remotely nice. The washing machine didn't seem to wash clothes properly.
The lights were a mixture of Cold White and Warm White and all extremely bright, meaning at night, we pretty much had to sit in the dark, something I appreciate is a bit niche, but I think at the bare minimum the lights should work properly in a decent place. It is a holiday where we went to relax, not a dental practice.
The building lights are on all night, so there is a lot of light shining through the curtains. Not that we expected air-conditioning as it wasn't on the list, but the apartment ventilation was poor, so when we used the dryer, the fire alarm went off.
