The front desk staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They helped us arrange for parking and a shuttle to and from the Pittsburgh Airport.

Location - although a 15 minute drive from the airport, a bit deceiving. Strip mall next door contained ample places to get food.
Could not reach the hotel to get the free shuttle. Tried numerous times and no one answered- not fun in the middle of a 24 hour trip. Ended up paying $50 for a taxi in a terrible storm.
