Breakfast great . Coffee station great but no cookies were there at all . Locating great .

The breakfast was great and staff was amazing considering the amount of people!!!
Although I had a good stay, the facility is a bit dated and needs a little TLC

The staff was Awesome! Shout out to Andrea, who went above and beyond the call of duty to get us the additional amenities needed to support our accommodations. She was working at the desk all by herself checking in a wedding party,, but still made the effort to race up to the fourth floor to assist.
She deserves a raise

The staff was nice & responsive.
AC, pillows/bed were horrible. (Kept getting ERR on thermostat.) Fridge froze everything. One elevator broken entire stay. Hotel never responded about bereavement rates. There were always “wet floor” signs out. Price was high for what we got.
