The location was amazing! The room was so cozy and the amenities and service were outstanding! Dave went above and beyond to help us out!! We will be back for sure! They provide banana bread, snacks, and coffee to make our volcano adventure amazing! Can’t recommend this place enough!

The lush grounds, luxurious details & decor of the property & the overall hospitality exceeded all expectations. We booked both rooms since we were traveling with our young adult children. The jacuzzi style tub was especially relaxing. Complimentary snacks including the freshly baked banana bread upon our arrival were added welcoming touches. Our host Dave promptly responded to any & all inquiries & even offered complimentary laundry service which was helpful since my husband's journey continued on to Oahu after our Big Island visit. We were fortunate enough to have caught a couple of hours of Kilauea erupting, too (Episode 49). This obviously added excitement to our brief, tranquil two-night stay.

We had a wonderful stay at At the Crater’s Edge. Dave made the experience feel truly special from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with so many lovely details that made it feel warm and unique. You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating a peaceful and welcoming place for guests. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved this property. Everything was accounted for, everything you needed and not one corner missed. We loved our stay and the lady who was covering for the regular Inn Keeper was fabulous. We had a terrific sit down chat with her before we left. Thank you so much
