New pillows would be appreciated. Parking was a challenge but expected, knowing the area. The decor and furniture in the lobby could use an update, but clean nevertheless.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Very pretty decorations and a great view.

We were not aware that the pool was closed for the season. The reason we were given by the VERY unpleasant desk associate was "It's not used that much and it needs many expensive repairs." There should have been some compensation. We chose this hotel specifically because it had a pool. Also, we are in our sixties and having to lug our baggage up two flights of stairs is difficult. If there is no elevator, the staff should offer to help.
