Had the most wonderful stay. Amelia and Ron are truly incredible hosts - everything from the directions, to breakfast, to their recommendations around the area were so thoughtful. The inn is incredibly clean and has some really beautiful finishing touches - the smores were a personal highlight. Breakfasts will keep you VERY full into the day and were delicious. Could not recommend this place enough. Will hopefully get to return.

From the minute we arrived and walked in, we were in love with this place. It has so much warmth and character. Everything you could want was available. The hosts were the friendliest I have ever met and the breakfast food and setting is just just superb. The evening fire pit with a glass of wine and complimentary S’mores was a great touch. So good on every level.

The location is a short drive to Kennebunkport centre. The house is a trip back through time (in a very good way). Ron, Amelia and Olga were fantastic, welcoming us and also giving tips on places to visit. Amelias breakfasts are delicious.

Ron and Amelia were excellent hosts. We really enjoyed speaking with them during our stay. They are very friendly and helpful with tips on things to do while in the Kennebunks.
The breakfasts were amazing. Ron and Amelia whipped up wonderful homemade meals both days we were at the inn. Amelia also baked homemade goodies to have during the day.
The Lyman room decor was beautiful and thoughtfully crafted. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
The bathroom was a little snug.
