Great location and staff was excellent
Room a little bit too small BUT great for lovebirds and short term stays

Location was perfect, close to subway and bus stations and 5 min walk from Times Square. Property was clean and housekeeping on point.
A bit noisy even on the 11th floor, but that was due to traffic and people honking for no reason all times of the day.

Me and my son loved it we stayed in a number room and it was just what we needed we loved that we both had a tv and brilliant charging points by bed
Wish it had offered breakfast

It had a good location, offered daily housekeeping, was quiet at night, and the beds were comfortable.
I thought the lobby was lacking character or charm. It was devoid of those things. Front desk staff were mildly friendly and occasionally welcoming. The front desk just looked disorganized and not great. I’m not sure that’s the fault of those working the desk, it just didn’t seem like a well-designed lobby. My biggest problem was that the WiFi was the worst I have ever experienced. I consistently received less than 5mbps (2-3 mbps for the most part) on my iphone and macbook. Both new, updated, and I know what I’m doing when it comes to networking (the internet…) the front desk seemed pretty unaware or unconcerned about this, and made it seem like they were just playing dumb. There are 3 separate networks but guests are required to use the unsecured (NO PASSWORDS) network that barely works. This is unacceptable. I should give the hotel 1 star for this. Additionally, my sink DID eject BROWN WATER when I turned it on. It happened a couple of times on the first day, then not again. I figure thats not the hotels fault but maybe it is so Imll just mention it here. The main entrance elevator to lobby elevator was just kind of a weird experience, but overall fine. The hotel charges a resort fee and offers 0 amenities worthy of that charge. If they didn’t price gouge and charged consistently fair rates then it would all be fine, but they charged way too much in October 2026.
