We had a fantastic stay at this charming historic home; it's like living inside a museum! The house is beautiful, spotless, and in a great, walkable location. Joe was an exceptional host with a wealth of knowledge about the Stone House. His detailed tour about his relatives who once lived here was a highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him. His dog, Precious, only adds to the property's charm. Besides being a fantastic host, Joe is a wonderful cook. Breakfast was exquisite and beautifully served in the formal dining room. The bed was highly comfortable, and we loved the privacy of having our own cottage. If you are visiting Natchez, we highly recommend staying at the Stone House!

The host was exceptional in knowledge of the Stone House and his tour was detailed with history of his relatives that lived in the home. He also grew up in the house and returned home in late 1990’s and has restored the home to its current condition. His breakfast was excellent both days and he entertained us with classical piano music. Very comfortable accommodations. A very enjoyable two days.
