Wie im Traum
Wir verbrachten 5 wunderschöne Tage in Casa Amarela und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Lage des Hauses mit dem Infitiy Pool ist einfach traumhaft. Den Pool selbst teilt man sich mit 2-3 anderen Häusern, was aber überhaupt kein Problem für uns war. Um das Haus selbst hat man sehr viel Fläche für Privatsphäre. Das Haus und alles drumherum wird jeden Tag gepflegt und nachts gibt es sogar einen Wachdienst, den es auf Maio eigentlich nicht benötigt weil alles sehr sicher ist und die Leute dort super freundlich sind.
Patricia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und standen uns jeden Tag für Tipps bereit.
Wir haben jede Minute hier genossen.

Bel endroit inoubliable
Il ne manque rien, très belle maison et propre avec de belles terrasse. le barbecue fonctionne très mal, le charbon de bois ne prend pas. Une personne peux même venir vous cuisiner des plats locaux à la demande. Manque une piscine car il y a beaucoup d'endroits dangereux sur l'île pour ce baigner , mais Patricia est en train de construire une maison avec piscine juste à côté, vue imprenable sur l'océan et pas loin du centre à pied. Ambiance paisible et sereine. Merci Patricia

UN SEJOUR DE REVE !!!!
Grace aux précieux conseils de Patricia notre arrivée au Cap Vert s'est vraiment très bien passée. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique : l’océan, les vagues, les pécheurs, le soleil ...tous les ingrédients sont la pour vous apporter un bien être inoubliable ! Les commerces sont vraiment à proximité et trés bien achalandés. Les gens de l’île de Maio sont vraiment très accueillants. Nous y retournerons dès que possible !! Merci Patricia !!!

Superbe villa
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
La villa était très agréable, superbe terrasse avec une vue à vous couper le souffle.
Vacances très reposantes, au calme, seul le bruit de la mer venait nous bercer.
Les propriétaires, Patricia et Michel sont des personnes très sympathiques . Un grand merci pour tous les bons conseils.
Nous reviendrons très certainement!

Excellent choix
La villa est hyper agréable avec sa terrasse magnifique. On peut facilement circuler à pied pour se rendre à l'épicerie, aux plages ou dans les restaurants. Patricia nous a bien conseillé pour préparer notre venue et Livio nous a bien accompagné sur place. Je recommande complètement !

Magnifique location, emplacement superbe
Une location à recommander sans hésitation, Patricia répond de suite à vos demandes et sur place, Livio s'occupe de vous accueillir et réponds à toutes vos demandes.
La casa amarela est superbe avec une très belle terrasse en bord de mer. Le soir prendre ses repas ou s'endormir avec le bruit des vagues, c'est super. De plus, nous avons eu la chance de voir,de la terrasse, évoluer 2 baleines...génial !!! Et à Vila de Maio, la grande plage de sable est magnifique et tous les matins, vous pouvez avoir du poisson frais au retour des pêcheurs.
Un séjour pour apprécier le temps et la vie calme de l'île.

Un lieu magique et inspirant !
La Casa Amarela est faite pour le bonheur .On y vit intimement lié à la nature: l'océan toujours changeant ,illuminé, étincelant avec le bruit continu des vagues; le ciel bleu, clair, foncé, la nuit un plafond immense étoilé. ;le soleil chauffant et intense mais aussi doux et caressant; le vent raffraichissant, mais parfois aussi fort, vidant la tête de toutes choses superflues; les moineaux qui vous réveillent le matin avec leur joyeux gazouillis.
A deux pas de Vila do Maio elle est integrée harmonieusement dans le tissu de la ville.
Quel plaisir de descendre chaque matin à la plage et au port et de recevoir les larges sourires et les 'Bom Dia' sincères de sa population gentille et acceuillante!
Dans un monde turbulant et divisé la Casa Amarela et l'ile de Maio vous apportent harmonie et espoir, vous inspirent et vous ressourcent, tout comme les longues promenades sur les plages désertes et sans fin: on y retrouve le plus profond de soi-même.

Vacances parfaites
Vacances parfaites. La maison est magnifique, bien équipée, bien située, avec une vue sur l'océan dont on ne se lasse pas.
Patricia, la propriétaire est adorable. Elle a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions et nous a aidés dans l'organisation de la semaine.
Si vous aimez le sable blanc (et noir !), la mer turquoise, une petite brise, l'air et l'eau à 26°C, le calme .... allez jusqu'à Maio. Pas franchement direct, c'est vrai, mais ça en vaut la peine.
Nous confirmons la gentillesse légendaire des habitants.
Nous vous recommandons la location d'un pickup (Patricia vous donnera un contact) qui nous a permis de visiter toute l'ile. Mais vous pouvez vous contenter des deux plages les plus proches qui sont fantastiques.
Bref, une semaine de rêve. A recommander sans restriction.

Une magnifique maison très confortable
La maison est vraiment très belle, organisée autour d'un patio, ce qui permet à chacun d'être indépendant (chaque chambre a sa salle de bains et WC). Magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Cuisine très bien équipée, barbecue sur la cuisine extérieure, très beau solarium avec vue à 360°. L'emplacement est idéal, très proche de petits commerces où se ravitailler et entre 2 belles plages. Tranquillité absolue, vous vous endormez bercé par le bruit des vagues. Et Patricia, la propriétaire des lieux fera TOUT pour que votre séjour se passe bien. Elle nous a sauvé la mise car nous avons eu un problème de transport et à distance, elle a tout fait pour trouver une solution, qui a fonctionné, Dieu merci ! La maison était parfaite et nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, nous recommandons absolument ! Merci à Patricia et à son équipe sur place.

Une semaine hors du temps dans cette superbe villa, parfaitement aménagée, équipée et décorée avec goût. La vue sur la mer est magnifique et les terrasses sont immenses, il fait bon s'y reposer, prendre ses petits déjeuners et tous les moments du quotidien.
Nous y retournerons dès que possible avec la certitude de retrouver ce petit hâvre de paix, malheureusement de moins en moins fréquent sur cette planète.

Formidable séjour de deux semaines ...
Deux semaines passées sur cette île magnifique , séjour inoubliable.
Ces vacances n’auraient pas eu la même saveur si nous n’avions pas logé dans cette magnifique maison , une vue à couper le souffle , un confort maximum , une propreté irréprochable, Livio le contact sur place à notre disposition, attentif , bienveillant, les deux femmes cap verdiennes, sœurs , on ne peut plus agréables , à l’image des habitants de Maio d’ailleurs.
Tout était parfait , un grand merci à Patricia la propriétaire des lieux , bienveillante elle aussi du premier contact jusqu’à notre retour , merci pour sa gentillesse et son sérieux.
Nous reviendrons dès que possible

Traum oder wirklichkeit?
Wir haben nicht geträumt, das Haus war wirklichkeit, alles traumhaft schön.
Der Blick, das immer wieder wandeln im ganzen Haus, wir wußten manchmal nicht wo wir uns am liebsten aufhalten sollten. Die Außenküche mit dem Grill war perfekt für uns, weil wir gerne selber frischen Fisch grillen. Alles war sehr zentral, die beiden Strände, die kleinen Supermärkte,alles schnell zu erreichen.Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sicher im Haus gefühlt, nachts wurde es bewacht. Der Kontakt zu den Einheimischen war schön, es leben sehr nette Menschen auf Maio.Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit

We spotted whales from the villa’s terrace !
We had a great holiday at Casa Amarela ! The villa has a shaded spacious ‘living room’ terrace with astonishing views at the ocean, the rocks and rock climbing and -balancing goats. Several times we spotted whales at sea, how exiting is that ! Our double bedroom was comfortable, cool and free of mosquitoes due to a good working ceiling fan. Directly accessible form the bedroom, a nice private bathroom with toilet and great shower. A well equipped kitchen is part of the villa. A prepaid 3G mobile WiFi is available to keep in touch with the world thru internet. We were driven from and to the airport by a friendly italian housekeeper, who provided his phone number in case of questions, wishes or problems. Also, the owner of the villa emailed us before and after our holiday to verify we were happy about our stay. Bottomline, our stay at the villa and Maio island was great and exceeded our expectations !

Très bien située, proche des commerces, restaurants et de la plage.
Patricia, la propriétaire, a su tisser un réseau de cap verdiens près à vous aider pour toutes vos demandes, l'on s'y sent en toute sécurité .

Very beautiful located villa with great seaview. A lot of privacy. Very good mattresses and bathroom. Well equiped kitchen. Everything in good condition. Shielded against strong winds. Fast and direct contact owner if needed. Empty endless beaches nice for walking and bird watching. Village very near, walkingdistance, with many small grocery shops and 2 bakery's. Even the neighbour bakes fresh brown bread. Next time 2 weeks. Thanks a lot for your hospitality!!
