I thought I was going to arrive after the lobby closes and Nel the manager offered to stay until I arrived. Excellent customer service . In addition ,the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. As a matter of fact I just booked another stay in September.
All good. This will be my go to when I visit Norman👍🏻

The person at check in was nice. The room was clean, it has a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. It meets your needs.
There is NO elevator and I had a 2nd story room. In the booking with Booking.com it was not readily explained or I would NOT have chosen the property. The hotel is being worked on and there is large equipment and "stuff" on the property. The pool is not in service and had dirty residual water. The TV was small and really old so the picture was not clear. The rooms still have an actual key you have to keep up with.
