That people allowed their animals to do their business in the stairwell and not clean it up

The beds were ok.
Bright lights shined in the window, people were running and banging on the walls for hours above us. When we checked in the doors were locked and we had to call for someone to come. It took them 15 minutes. No one was even there when we checked out. The elevators didn’t work.
