Don't stay at this place!!!

The location

The hotel itself. Was booked to stay 7 days but only stayed 30 minutes before checking out .

A living nightmare

The room is ok and the people who works here are really nice and sweet. I like how they understand you and try to help the best way they can.

I haven't been able to sleep as well as I like to I have people who stay above me and they are a living nightmare for 5 days straight they are stomping and beating the hell out of the floors walls and everything else and when I go and tell them at the front desk they try to take care of it but the kids and their mother retaliate every time and they get louder last night they hit against something so hard my bed shook and I thought the windows was going to break out. They do this all day long none stop until 3:45 in morning and start all over again at 8:15 in the morning I can't take it no more 😫 I am going to ask if they can please move me to another room.

clean the most frequent rooms or pay an exterminator to fumigate the rooms

Need more cleaning the room , have a lot cockroaches on rooms 208 , I’m telling to the lobby and change to the other room 406 same problem . The problem I’m paid full a month is not refund , also living early because I got tired of the same thing, of sleeping with the cockroach

Friendly, good value, clean room, nightstand lamp electrical sockets did not work.

I did not know there was a breakfast.

More than 2 bath towels and one wash cloth for 2 nights

the location was very convenient

there was no front desk staff for over 20 minutes when we arrived. the doors to the property were not secured and there were several different unpleasant smells.

Relaxing and stress free

It's clean and I love the location and how close it is to my daughter school.

I didn't like it when they made me wait to check in I had to find somewhere to go until I can check in I made it there real early in the morning.

the location

wifi is beyond horrible never been to a hotel that had such bad wifi. the front desk people are lazy at least the woman working there is because she’s never in front. they don’t have breakfast and the room selection is limited since people and their kids live there

it was as clean.. a little older, cabinet in kitchen fell apart when I opened it, bed was hard, very cheap pillows..

I had to be moved in to a different room 3 times. first room had a hole in bathroom door larger than a basketball with tape over it and was dirty smelled like smoke and funk, second room refrigerator didn’t work and there were tow nail clippings on the floor, 3rd room kitchen sink was leaking underneath- I waited days for them to repair and it was a patch job at best… just terrible, sink fixture in bathroom wasn’t attached to counter, also heater didn’t work the entire stay.

Exactly what I needed for placement between houses.

The staff there was unmatched! Everyone that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Joel checked us in and was kind and courteous. Then I needed a few more days and it took maybe 5 minutes to complete my transaction. Soon checking in I was given a quick rundown of what to expect- and everything was exactly as described. I did use the in room kitchenette area to cook and it worked perfectly for simple meals. I needed temporary housing before moving into my apartment and I would stay here again any time!

Honestly the whole experience was fantastic. I don’t have any complaints.

I would not stay at this hotel again!

the staff was super helpful and very courteous.

My son and I didn’t feel very safe on this property. The property had a Anel through out the hallways and there wasn’t anyone at the front desk from 8:00 to 8:00. If you needed to call the front desk or needed towels or service, a charge was applied to your stay. This included any extra towels and such.

The odor and environment made me very uncomfortable, even after I reached out to staff with my concerns via this app.

the odor, the broken door downstairs the guest had to make sure it stayed closed, if not it was just hanging open throughout the whole stay. Also staff was often missing from the front desk.
