About this condo rental
Located in Perros-Guirec, this lovely condo for $72 per night is a great option for your next break. 60 sq.m apartment for 4 people (or 5 people if one is a child over 6 years or a teenager, small extra charge), downtown Perros-Guirec, near Trestraou Beach. Be in town with all its conveniences, but also close to the sea and the Seven Islands Archipelago. With secure private parking, coded entry and intercom, elevator, Internet and WIFI as of July 2015. Since May 2014, highly appreciated by clients who have stayed there since. The building is in the heart of downtown; a comfortable apartment located in a sought-after building with elevator, completely renovated in 2010 and decorated with attention, oak and teak hardwood floors, secure private parking in the building. The 60 sq.m furnished apartment with double exposure has 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, and lots of storage. The 2 bedrooms face northwest and overlook the private parking courtyard and an absolute calm, Internet and WIFI, ideal for 3-4 people, or a couple with up to 3 children. Water and electricity included in the rental price (except in winter) as well any potential tourist taxes. Optional services of your choice: "sheets and towels" and/or "house cleaning" upon departure. In the immediate neighbourhood there is Trestraou Beach (sand) 800 m away, the marina at 1900 m, downtown is less than 100 m, 100-150 m from all shops and services such as restaurants, pizzerias and creperies, 150 m from the "Sentier des Douaniers" and 800 m from water activities, the ferry departure point to the archipelago of "Sept Iles" and "Bréhat", the thalassotherapy centre, cinema complex, mini-golf, casino, and games for children. Be only 4 km from the "Favorite village of the French 2015", Ploumanac'h. 8 km from the Saint-Samson Golf Course (18-holes), 11 km from the charming city of Lannion, 22 km from the historic city of Tréguier, hometown of Ernest Renan, famous philosopher, historian and author and 36 km from Paimpol, a small quaint village with a port. Nearby, a visit to "L'île de Bréhat" is almost mandatory. In the region of the Pink Granite Coast: an idyllic area with its 300 million year old boulders or nestle into the "Favorite Village of the French 2015: Ploumanac'h.

After arriving a little late due to issues at Dover the onwer made us welcome and spent time providing information about the appartment and its location. The place was clean and well appointed. Really could not have asked for more from the short break.

Très bon séjour, location très agréable
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Perros Guirec et ses environs. L'appartement était très agréable, bien équipé, situé au centre ville et à proximité de la plage. La place de parking est également appréciable. Monsieur Jaouen, notre hôte, nous a très bien accueilli, avec beaucoup d'informations et de conseils pour nos visites. Nous aurions plaisir à revenir.

Un superbe séjour !
Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement la semaine du 24 au 31 juillet 2021. Nous y avons passé une semaine pleine de découvertes, de belles visites ! Les conseils de Mr Jaouen nous ont été précieux, il nous a d'ailleurs fort bien accueillis. Nous le remercions pour son implication, sa disponibilité. La localisation de l'appartement est idéale, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten in Perros-Guirec als Ausgangspunkt für die ganze Region
Diese sehr schöne und bestens eingerichtete Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Region zu erkunden. Alle Geschäfte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch Restaurants gibt es in großer Auswahl in der Nähe. Auch wenn man mitten im Ort ist, Nachts ist es schön ruhig und vor allem die Betten sind wirklich gut, sodass man morgens entspannt aufwacht. Alles was man an Ausstattung benötigt ist da und sollte es doch mal regnen hat man auf dem Smart-TV eine große Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder hier buchen.

Parfait !
Très bel appartement fonctionnel, très propre, en plein centre avec une place de parking et ascenseur dans une résidence très calme. La plage est aussi accessible à pied.
Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille : tout le nécessaire pour bébé était fourni et mon plus grand a apprécié les nombreux livres et surtout BD mis à sa disposition.
Le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec d'excellents produits régionaux et a mis à notre disposition beaucoup de documentation touristique.

Appartement très bien situé qui permet d'aller à la plage à pied. Très calme, ce qui est important pour un couple avec des enfants. Une supérette à deux pas de l'appartement permet également de se dépanner
Le parking fermé de la résidence est un vrai plus
Accueil très sympathique avec pleins de conseils pour les visites de la région et un cadeau d'arrivée pour déguster les produits de la région
Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux filles de 8 et 6 ans, tout était parfait

Bel appartement calme et confortable situé en centre ville près des commerces et des plages. Tous les déplacements peuvent se faire à pieds. Il y a plein de belles choses à voir : les sept îles, la côte de granite rose, Pleumeur Bodou etc ....

Wonderful apartment in Perros-Guirec!
We had a lovely five night stay in Jean-Yves' apartment in Perros-Guirec! The apartment was spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was quiet for a restful night sleep.
Jean-Yves gave us detailed information about the apartment and the surrounding area, including nearby hiking routes. Jean-Yves was attentive to every detail to ensure we had a great stay! We hope that we can return in the future! Thank-you so much Jean-Yves!

Superb, quiet apartment
This apartment is very quiet and in a fabulous location, close to everything you need: boulangerie, wine shop, fish shop, butcher, supermarket and the bus stop. It is warm, comfortable and the wifi is excellent.
Jean-Yves is a fabulous host, not only explained how everything worked in the apartment (in English) but also took the time to tell us the best areas to visit and picked us up from the station. Perros is a lovely little quiet town, we loved our week there.
