The hotel was very lovely. My room was very clean and well equipped. I had everything that I needed for my 10 day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived a day late due to a missed flight, but Laurel at the front desk was very accommodating. Also Melvin was extremely helpful as well. The resort is right on the beach and across from the main nightlife strip. I definitely would stay here again.

The location is excellent
The room and bed were large
The lizard in the room
The bed was creaky and a little too firm
The balcony was too small to really be useable
The car parking area was not finished adequately - cars had to park on grass and rubble.

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at Timothy Beach Resort. It was the perfect base for exploring St. Kitts—we rented a car and easily visited the whole island in one day, and it was also very convenient for our scuba diving trips.
The location right on Frigate Bay is excellent, with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. We especially enjoyed dinners at Monkey Bar and Lucy’s, and there’s also a nice little beach bar right next to the resort where you can relax with a drink while watching the sunset.
Breakfast and lunch at the on-site restaurant were both good, with friendly service and a beautiful view over the beach. The pool area overlooking the Caribbean Sea was another lovely place to unwind.
Our room was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony. Although some parts of the property are a little dated, everything was well maintained and comfortable.
Overall, Timothy Beach Resort offers excellent value for money in a fantastic beachfront location. We’d happily stay here again when visiting St. Kitts.

Staff were very hepful and friendly. The room was changed as there were too many steps to get to the allocated room. There is a lot of effort going in to the gardens
The TV would not work
The patio doors did not open to the balcony
There was one very small sachet of coffee for a filter pot of coffee; so it was not possible to make as too dilute
It is a pity The Dock is now leased out
Too much building work going on around
Musty smell in room
