Front desk staff was very competent and friendly. They were able to resolves any issues promptly: the grab bar in the bathroom was loose and after I mentioned it at the front desk, it was fixed promptly; we had to extend our stay and staff was able to do that without any hassle.
The bathroom: the shower stall could have been cleaner. There were some marks inside the stall, on the floor. And the design could be better. We had a handicap room. Every time we took a shower, the water from the shower stall made the bathroom floor a mess.

everything it just need some cosmetic work the ceiling tile was off and the bottom of wall by elevator was peeling off curtain can be taken down n waashed often.

The property was very nice to stay at. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were spectacular. Overall a great stay.
there 2 flaws tho, the second floor’s ice machine was not working while the other floors had ice. I had to constantly go up a floor or done a floor for some ice. The other was that the washer and dryer were out of service for the entire stay there.
