The location was awesome! The view was fantastic!
Had to travel off site to get fresh linens the washing machine and dryer are coin operated. Try finding some place SPI that will sell you quarters.

Excellent location. The view is amazing. Having 3 large pools and being heated was a plus. Tennis courts grew condition. Although our stay was during the holidays the Owner answered when we had questions and allowed us to check in a little earlier. That was nice.
A lot of deferred maintenance. Mildew stain above hallway shower where if you suffer from allergies the mildew smell might bother you, hallway bath runs continuously, primary bedrooms tub is clogged causing it to drain slowly. We had to purchase batteries for tv remote controls. It is not stocked for long term stay. We stayed for 3 nights that was fine with us.

Great location near lots of good restaurants and on the beach. Tennis courts in good shape and available.
The pools were crowded. The grounds were well kept. Very friendly vacationers. Our 2 bdrm condo #3505 was very dated and in need of updating especially the bathrooms. Owner responded quickly when contacted about problems.
