not sure what the rest of the buildings look like but.... beware

Nothing really... the location was fine. I felt like the front desk attendant was kind and attentive. She did want us to know that we booked a room without an oceanview which was fine.

The room was in a basically dilapidated building. The screens on our windows had gaping holes and the window itself was open so it was very damp in the room. When you walk in, it doesn't look too bad at first but then, things like the window screens, strange big switches that you have no idea what it controls, bare bones(which would be fine, but then....) the bathroom was absolutely awful. The floor was coming up. The shower looked like something like a you would find at a campground. The mirror was pitted so badly, you couldnt really see in it. You would not want to leave any window open as it was pretty sketchy. The air conditioning began to smell like there would be an electrical fire. We turned it off- everything seemed damp and icky. I do not know if the other buildings were better but I would hope so. We could not wait to get out of there. The front desk agent said we got a great deal for $168 for a Sunday night in October..... I can't even... it was awful

Don't stay here

Honestly just the location.

The accommodation was disgusting, refrigerator and microwave didn't work after 2nd day after just touching microwave. Mold in bathroom, it was their second building they should just knock it down!! I have been here before in main building and it was find just dated. Now would never stay here ever again, would like a full refund!!

Beachfront, microwave and mini fridge in the room. Huge room. Nice little snack bar in the lobby. Friendly staff.

Ocean front. Easy access to beach

Over priced. Rooms smelled musty which is not uncommon on beach however upgrades needed to charge the fees. 4 nights was 2k.

Basic hotel at a great spot on the beach.

Location right on the beach. Ocean view was wonderful. Great beach.

Very basic room. The floor in the room was sandy, which isn’t surprising for a beach hotel, I guess, but it seems like it needed a vacuum.

Trip was ok because we were right on the beach and near everything but the hotel stay sucked big time and staff not frie

The only thing I like about this hotel is that it’s on the beach

The rooms are very outdated, the rooms smell, even the pillow cases and sheets had a bad smell. There’s bugs inside the rooms. The staff is not friendly.

Good location, this part of the hotel was terrible

The picture featured on your site showed a big spacious room with a big tub overlooking the ocean. The room was tiny. The beds tiny. The lighting poor. The TV poor. Most importantly was the cleanliness. There was a layer of sand all over the floor/ The bathroom was tiny. The room was OLD.

Maybe they could sweep the sand up off the floor?

Great weather, bad hotel.

Location was great

Advertised that they provide beach umbrellas, they had none we had to rent them. Room was never cleaned, towels weren’t changed (we asked them to change them), air conditioner was old and loud, binds in the bathroom were broken (no privacy), linoleum floor had a huge bubble warp, there was no closet just open area with a rack with hangers but fridge microwave, coffee pot and ironing board only left 4 inches of space to hang dresses.

Was not comfortable with my stay.

This is our third time staying at the property. Each time we stay here though our room value drops significantly every time we stay. The first time we stayed we had a top floor and a beautiful balcony. Then our most recent stay we could hear the pipes for an hour at a time when someone in the whole entire building would decide to shower. We would get waken up at 2-3 in the morning to someone showering. This experience was awful. Not to mention our air condition was not working which is not good for a hotel that’s at the beach.

Superb

Oceanfront room, you can hear the ocean and see the gorgeous sunrise. Looked like there was some painting done and new patio furniture. It needed a fresh coat convenient kitchenette

Pet friendly is the only reason why stay in this hotel.

We reserved the room at the last minute, although it is not much sea view on the first floor, but it is ok. The front desk staff is very kind and friendly.

floor mat needed deep clean or replace. The room smell like the wood get mouldy.

I did not get the “bang” for my buck.

Location

There are no amenities for the cost you are paying. The Sandy area outside the hotel before the dunes is pathetic. A few chairs, not nearly enough to accommodate 25% of the guests and the sand is sparse. Some rooms with outdoor furniture have cushions, others do not. The air conditioners are loud and block the sound of the ocean. You cannot check in until 4 but have to be out by 11. There is no pool, restaurant on site or other amenities. The TVs in the rooms are outdated and the remotes are dirty. There were wedding guests staying at the hotel- I came home one night to see a female vomiting right in front of the elevator. The office is not open all night so there was no one to report it to until the morning. They know they are one of the only hotels on the ocean on the island and seem to take advantage of that with their prices. You are better off getting an Airbnb.

Never again at this hotel

Extremely outdated for the price. Seems like they have 2 sides to the hotel which I was not aware of when booking. I choose an efficiency room at the lowest price ( $300/night) based on the layout for a one night stay for a wedding on 9/23/22. The room was not nearly close to what I expected. So not sure if they ran out of rooms but this was horrible. This room was not part of the newer side. Room smelled musty. The bathroom was somewhat clean but so outdated. There was one towel in the bathroom and the garbage was never changed from the prior guest. No stains but bedding seemed like it could use an update. Need I say more, not anyplace I would stay again or recommend!

enjoyed the beach, the hotel not so much.

THE VIEW & THE BED WAS COMORTABLE.

The rooms are old. outdated furniture. no place for plug in devices. broken shower doors, toilet seat, bathroom door didn't close, dresser drawers. the table was so broken couldn't even eat at it. old dirty rugs. the building has flaking paint & rotted trim everywhere !!!
