Staff are very good. They make up for the fact that the hotel, the rooms, are very very old and a bit depressing. Location, right next to Kaohsiung train station is excellent. There are 2 7-11's nearby, which provide basic necessities.
Rooms are very old. Lighting in the room isn't great. Obviously the hotel owner is trying to milk the hotel for money without spending a penny on renovations.

The only thing going for this hotel is its location.
The aircon was not cold we had to ask for electric fans. The paint was peeling, the restroom was dirty, electric sockets were not working. This is an old hotel that has seen better days. Look for another hotel even you have to pay a little more
