Very good

the room was big and the bed was comfortable. it had two balconies. one of them had a view of the sea . staff were very friendly and helpful and this was one of the biggest advantages of the place

Quiet location, big room, clean,helpful staff - affordable low price hotel.

Very friendly and helpful manager Mahmout . No pressure at all to buy or book anything. Helpful with tipps, recommendations and avoiding overspending of money. Trust him!

Great hotel and perfect location for not demanding people

Once arrived I've been welcomed by Mahmoud the manager of the hotel. He is very kind and polite, always ready to help you with any tips and information. The location is perfect if you are interested to enjoy the "Egyptian Hurghada" instead of resorts and touristic places. The room has old furniture but is balanced by a great sea view

The hotel needs a big renovation, however, the rooms are big and clean

I love this city, the hotel's location was really good i did everything i wanted i wish i could stay longer

The staff was incredible, Mahmoud was adorable, he knew how to be very caring and sincere, often asking me if everything is alright, one evening he offered me small pastries and the other fruits, it was very touching knowing that I hadn't booked breakfast. In addition traveling alone he made me feel completely safe and even if the decoration is a bit old the staff has the gift of making it warm and causy. Therefore i do like the oldschool style of Diana hotel, it feels a lit eccentric and i the the old style chair and stuff. The room is perfectly clean, i liked the big bed, you also have a small balcony, that was all i needed ! Is is also really near the city center and the souq, and not far from another city center and the touristic area.It is 5 minutes by walk near the nearest beach too. It was a very nice experience, hope to see you again Mahmoud

The staff, the manager and the owner are friendly and partially helpful. The wifi was good.

The hotel is expensive for what it is. İ later found out İ could rent a place in front of the beach for a similar price, this is a big deal since all the beaches in Hurghada are private, visitors need to pay also in the public beaches. The installations could be better. The tours offered at the hotel are almost double price than the prices İ got just having a walk close to the hotel at a tourist shop. Also İ was recommended a shop to buy a sim card by the manager and was told it was an official shop and it's not. My sim card has stopped working since then and İ can't go back to Hurghada to fix it, most of the shops at the center are not official ones and tourists get ripped off with the price of the sim cards. Plus İ asked for a shuttle from the airport when İ arrived and they never sent it. When İ asked what happened the manager said he had not confirmed. İ think if someone requests something and the answer is "Ok", it's confirmed, but that didn't seem to be the case. So the management is friendly but I can't say 17 euros a night is a good deal for staying here. Also they are not very reliable.

Staff were polite and helpful. It’s in a location close downtown, marina, with shops, restaurants, and services around - like in between local and touristic areas. The building and rooms are definitely dated but it was clean and comfortable enough. They were nice enough to upgrade us to a sea view room. Good enough value for money. You get what you pay for.

Busy traffic outside could be heard. The aircon was also a bit weak (it is also summertime). Place needs some renovations and upkeep.

Great value and kind staff, possible to pay online as well!

The very kind and helpful staff welcomed me and were there at all times to provide excellent service and true Egyptian hospitality from A to Z. In the hotel it is possible to organise amazing tours around Hurghada and the nearby islands. Gifton island and snorkelling in the Red Sea was truly beautiful! Thank you also for the nice breakfast and the transfer to the airport, everything went great!

It's a very comfortable place for the budget traveller. All rooms seem to have balconies and most have seaview. The owner Mahmoud is very kind and a very helpful host. The very lively neighbourhood around el Dahar Square, with street food and restaurants is in a walkable distance.
