Location, owner of the property, parking under the building.
One of the AC-s was not cooling well but in general was acceptable.

The location is absolutely fantastic — right in the center, with everything you need within walking distance.
The additional bed was not very comfortable, and the “one-bedroom” layout was not exactly as expected, as the bedroom is not fully separated from the rest of the apartment

Estaba en la ubicación perfecta para visitar los puntos de interés más importantes de Milán. El apartamento estaba limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia.
El sofá cama era malísimo. Viajamos con 2 niños que han dormido juntos y aunque no pesan mucho se hundían en los muelles. El colchón es demasiado delgado. No recomendaría este apartamento si van más de dos personas.
