Beautiful place with plenty of quiet. Short drive to all the Fredericksburg has to offer. Wife and I will definitely look at staying here again.

Bring bottled water. The tap water has a very strong sulfer smell.

Lovely landscape

Two wasps greeted us in the property, shower floor was extremely slick and 2 scorpions were in the closet. Tv was not in the living area.
