We needed a one night stay for traveling through... Best Western Sunday House Inn was the perfect stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Despite the motel being a bit old... the room was amazingly clean, spacious and comfy!

Location was convenient to I10. Older hotel, did not have a microwave in the room (first place we have stayed in 45 years that did not have one). Lot of food locations nearby.

The front staff were so nice and helpful. The room was a lot bigger than we expected and even though the beds were springs it was really comfortable!! Their hot breakfast was really good too! Will definitely book here again!

After a long day, arriving late (11pm), we were ready to get checked in the room and get to bed.
Outside the hotel I noticed a stranger lady walking out of a hotel room, pulling 2 suitcases. I told my kids to stay close to me. She left the property, walking down the road.
Cautious already, I walked up to our room with my kids. When we found the room we noticed the window curtains were open and lights were on in the room. I then looked in the window and a man was sleeping in the bed, with what looked like pill bottles and other items all over the room.
Upset, I went straight to the office. The hotel had no other room that would accommodate my family. We had to set and call a dozen hotels at 11:30 at night to try and find somewhere else safe to stay.

We were in the area for a wedding at near by Fredrickburg. Decided to stay at this location in Kerrville to visit with family. The stay was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The showerhead was filthy, the bed was uncomfortable. Milk was spoiled at breakfast and the juice/ coffee machine at breakfast was out of order

The place was nice and very clean. The only issue that I had was with the water pressure in the sink. Other than that no issues!

Looked very old an In need a lot of repairs every where.
Breakfast was fair but in a dark back room.
Went to a restaurant the 2nd morning.
Overall I would not recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast area lacked cleanliness. There was no bread available for breakfast. The food and bagels weren't fresh. We couldn't use the pancake maker as the staff mentioned the ingredients for it weren't suitable.

This hotel is definitely older but has been kept up. The front office staff were incredibly friendly, and check-in was a breeze. Our room was humongous, and spotlessly clean. Every day housekeeping cleaned it to sparkle. The pool area in the back is just lovely, and we enjoyed taking a dip to cool off as the weather was in the upper 90's the whole time we were there. Probably the only negative is the quality of the breakfast. It was not very tasty - spongey watery omelets, rubbery sausage. There was a large variety of foods, bagels, packaged danish, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, toasted bean burritos, juice, coffee. It was really OK, because there are so many amazing breakfast restaurants in Kerrville that we wanted to try!

Both shifts of Staff Personnel were extremely friendly and accommodating. Grounds were gorgeous and found to be very relaxing and well landscaped. Rooms were larger than normal and found to be relaxing as well. Room was very clean but musty. Bed definitely needs to be removed and replaced.
Replace the bed and we’d certainly stay there again.

The 2 “young” ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around!

We came to stay at this best western because our air conditioner went out at our house. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working very good in our motel room. Very disappointing. Had to bring in our own personal fan to help with the cooling. They have no fans available here. Air conditioning fan is very weak on the high level.

It is a decent hotel with decent price. Breakfast is a very typical hotel breakfast = bad. Rooms are big and clean. I am not a big fan of having the sink outside the bathroom inside the main room. No microwave. Small fridge. Two restaurants conveniently located - Italian 20 sec walk and a Steakhouse - 2 min walk. Parking is free and easy. Given the prices and purpose of our trip I would stay there again.

Nice spacious room. Everything was clean. Hair dryer did not work. Smoking room was not available after we had booked/paid.

This place could be great but it is very dated. The bed we slept on has got to be from the 60’s or 70’s. It was very uncomfortable. Rooms are big but have a very old stale smell to them. Channel guide is wrong and the tv small.

One thing they need is a hand rail for the swimming pool for us older people.

Room wasn’t as clean as I preferred but I’ve also stayed in worse. Door didn’t completely seal even when locked, there was still daylight sowing. Definitely a motel 6 type of place with a best western name on it.
