Great value all around.

I love the fact that they had a kitchenette for the same price as an efficiency at most surrounding hotels. It's definitely a huge money saver to be able to cook meals rather than eat out constantly. The laundry room is up to date and although there were a few machines out of order there were plenty to choose from to use and they worked well. I like the location. It's close to town point but tucked away from the main roads.

When checking in we were informed that they would not be able to extend our stay on the smoking floor because they were going to be doing renovations. I appreciate it the heads up but was disappointed to not be able to extend.

Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again. I paid almost 300 for 1 night and it was not worth that price at all!

I like the location

For the price, it wasn’t worth it. There was 4 of us and I took a shower first, the tub had a foot of water and never drained. So my fiancé and friends couldn’t take a shower. The bathroom door had to be forced open or shut. My friend hurt himself trying to open it. The beds were so uncomfortable and hard. They didn’t provide comforters just a thin blanket. The room smelled like someone tried to cover up a bad smell with strong cologne. The counters had wood trim hanging off. The elevators didn’t work after a certain time so we had to climb up and down the stairs. Oh and the water pressure was so bad it took me almost 40 minutes to rinse shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. It was literally like a trickle of water coming out. I’ve never in my life left a review, this is my first. I do not recommend this place. For what I paid I could have gotten a much nicer room somewhere else. I’m disappointed honestly

It came with a kitchen and it was no pots or pans or thing to eat with in the room but yet it came with a kitchen . It has roaches and the staff (manager was rude ) I booked here the weekend just passed for son birthday and the hotel took my money I had to call the third party to get my money back after the fact the staff was telling me they didn't ,so I called my bank and the confirm that money was took off my card form them when finally it was resolved the staff told ke well it was a glitch in the system for taking cards all day but didn't not tell me and the manager didn't even care she mentioned it was a attitude

Hotel stunk. The bed was just a box spring hard as a brick no soap or lotions in the room like at a hotel should have. No hand towels in room looking from the outside one would think it would be nicer on the inside elevator worked off and on

We get.to the room an the roaches were infestation everywhere...behind head board there was roach poop an lots of dead.roaches ...

Spending 236 dollars on a room ....should of slept in my van instead...

We first got there and it seemed okay, then when we got to our room it had a really horrible mold like smell. We did a bit of an inspection of the room and beds and we found signs of bedbugs and there were hairs on the sheets and blankets like they had not been washed. Every surface had dead bugs and hair. We checked out of the hotel less than an hour after we checked in. The worst part was we paid for the room and there were absolutely no refunds.

I liked the price & the staff, both were excellent. I also liked the location.

Laundry room soap machines were empty but no sign saying theyre empty so people keep putting coins in and losing their $. Carpets stick to your feet, so filthy they are gummy. Why does a kithenette not have a coffee pot? I had a kitchenette and I could buy a coffee pot for $30? I could give a lot of examples but nearly all my concerns are cleanliness or lack of maintenance. Employees are great.

Very unhappy with the service I received. Front desk called the evening asking if I still needed the room, my response was yes still need the room, Im about 2 1/2 hours away. Front desk person says ok and ends the call. Finally arrive at the hotel to check in, gave him my last name and his reponse was "oh, I just cancelled your room" I asked why and he says " well you were not here and I was just ready to go home". He offered to try and find other hotels we could stay in because all they had were smoking room (which I could not do becasue my family are allergy sufferies).

Not a bad place to stay...

Staff was great. Toni was a blast; super friendly and helpful. Convenient to get to. Near many restaurants and shops.

Power went out a couple of times. Room smelled like curry. Bathroom floor boards were loose. TV didn't work all the time.

Horrible it was roach infested I had no heat I practically slept in my car and I couldn’t have sex

There was nothing I liked about this property other than the name

they gave a false illusion of hearing real cleaned up garbage I felt like I was a roach patrol my roach count kill I lost count

for me to be there for two nights, this hotel or suites not convenient enough it was dirty I had to sleep with the light

there we roaches, the bed was not comfortable, i called the service desk multiple times and none one answered. there were men standing by the front Dess all the times of the night. It was not safe and it is not safe for a female to stay there by herself. Then I was told by an employee that this is not like a regular hotel.

Nerves Again!!!!

There was no Continental breakfast and the room was in poor conditions. Hair in the bathroom shower. Lights kept blinking on and off. The the BED was a joke. Cheap bed coverings. Never again. Wasn’t looking for a Shelter!!!!

Treat it like a Hotel not a motel.

A great stay overall despite the other things that weren’t likeable. Will definitely book again!!

Close to a highway exit (17A). Staffs were friendly and very attentive to customers’ needs and customer service was excellent. Our room was clean and amnesties were present but could have been better or offered more. Like hand towels or liquid soap, shampoo & conditioner, or lotion. But it’s not a hotel 🤷🏻‍♀️ overall it was great.

When we first got there, one of the guests was asking for money. Our fridge was not working but we kept the room at a cold temperature and the TV had white spots in the way. There’s a distinct smell when you first walk in but it’s not bad and you go nose blind a little afterwards… possibly your whole stay. People loiter or were maybe doing business in the parking lot but they never bothered me or my boyfriend.

I'll probably a crappy email about this review.

It was far to expensive to sleep on cots . It had a few bugs. The pillows were uncomfortable. The place smelled like cabbage. We tried to find another hotel but because there was so much going on there were no rooms available. It had cigarette burns on the tub. I had no clue it was an extended stay. I didn't read the ad very well. The photos online are extremely misleading. I was so mad @ myself for not researching it more. I chose it because it was a few miles from the venue we were going to. If you want more towels you have to bring yours to the office & exchange them for more. The towels & wash cloths aren't very comfortable. I expected more for the amount I paid. We won't ever stay there again. I will pick a higher class & Uber the longer distance to the venue from now on. The blanket was very thin. This isn't a case of you get what you pay for. This is a case where you are overcharged for what you paid for. I can't believe I didn't take single picture.

it was ok. we spent most of our time visiting beaches.

I liked the quiet time in the evening thats about it.

There was no breakfast served. There was never anyone at the front desk. They left a small poster at the front desk with a phone number to call if something was needed. There were always people hanging out outside of the hotel. The hotels I have stayed in with a kitchen always provided pots and pans and tableware. they didn't have any of this and offered it to us for a fee. We did not purchase anything from them. The lady did lend us some pots that were in good condition but we had to buy paper plates and stuff. I wouldnt stay there again.

Dirty cause it's cheap and cheap cause it dirty

The location was great for my commute to work and back and the 1 staff member I encountered was very nice and helpful.

The entire placed smelled really bad of weed and cigarettes, the stair wells were filthy and stunk like garbage and weed, the carpets were severely stained and gross, the bathroom had burns all around the sink, the shower was nasty, the sheets had long hair on them and the pillow cases were dirty. I was there for 10 days and never once saw any housekeeping or had my towels picked up or exchanged. Luckily I had all my own bedding and towels.
