This is an amazing place to be - so surreal and beautiful. Tuscany in general has this unbelievable vibe going on that you cannot replace or compare to anything else (and I've been in all so called "tuscan like" places - believe me, they are not and comparing them is not fair - they are all just different and Tuscany is in the league of its own), but this place takes it to the next level. The lighting inside the villas is next to studio level perfect - so soft and vibrant. Walks in the vineyards and olive gardens are superb, but real magic starts if you take a blanket with you and go for a picnic during sunset - there is just no other place like this in the entire world and I've traveled quite a lot of it. Then there is also a swimming pool, so you can rest in between city trips or sightseeing, but you can also just sit there and relax entire time. I almost forgot about the location - it's just perfect - bang on in the very middle of Tuscany - just few minutes from Siena, 35-40 minutes drive from Florence, 20 minutes with change to San Gimignano, 1 hour from Pienza and little bit more than 1 hour to Pisa- it's just close to every major city and attraction in Tuscany, so you can also use it as a base and visit a lot of places in Tuscany. Finally, people - such an important factor - and those are brilliant - so helpful and always smiling - big shout out to Tabata :) I know I'll be back - that's for sure and only matter of time.
I was thinking long and hard and I think that there is only one thing - not enough of starts on the sky 😀 Tuscany deserves more than the rest of the world....

Wonderful - we loved it and will recommend to our friends and family. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Friendly atmosphere. Clean and tidy. Great location.

The location is 15-30 mnts drive to villages or towns around. Clean and well maintained roads and gardens. Good for people that would like to stay for long time and prepare their food alone using the kitchen.
Tabatha the receptionist was very nice but she’s not available most of the time
The kitchen is equipped with old white goods, no electric kettle and no toaster. No supply of minimal things like sugar salt or pepper. No shampoo. So you need to buy these things and if you stay for few days you’ll use only small part of them and then you need to throw what is left or carry them back to your country
Check in is between 16:00-18:00 which is not comfortable for people with luggage
