Cozy bottom unit with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and living area. Comfortable bed, adequately equipped kitchen, parking space. Just a few minutes away from a Safeway so it's easy to get groceries if you were planning to use the kitchen and cook quick meals.
Maybe a few night lights. It's really dark at night and the bedroom and the bathroom are on opposite sides of the unit.

We had a comfortable stay overall; while the bathroom could use some makeover, it did not impact our experience.

The owner asked the phone right away when we had a little trouble finding the place. Later he called back again to make sure we got into the room ok. There are water bottles in the frig for us to drink. The place was very spacious and comfortable. It is nice to have a kitchen, even though we did not cook a meal, we were able to prepare us some simple breakfast without have to get out and look for breakfast on our boat tour day.
The outside looked a little messy but that it ok. We did not stay in the yard and the parking is super easy.

The cost was reasonable to the accomodations. The location was very convenient to town. the studio appartment was cozy with most everything we would need.
The view and setting was a bit cluttered and messy. A queen bed for 2 would be an improvement.
