Wonderfully stay and place

Everything. Was there for two notes and have nothing bad to say.

The staff the room. If we needed anything the staff made it happen. I have never meant so many nice people. Would go back:)

Bad business

The location was 7 minutes from where I needed to be

The room and the whole hotel smelled of stale air. The room was unclean. There were 3 lamps and one was leaning. The other two lamp shades were broken and leaning side ways. The bed sounded like something metal or aluminum was popping in and out of place when getting in and out of bed. The hot tub jets were broken and it had soap scum in it. The stopper for the tub was broken. There was no microwave. The lobby didn’t look anything like the photos they showed. The kitchen was super small and breakfast was some what undesirable. One of the guests had come to the kitchen and we were talking. He was there for his class reunion and then he said he couldn’t get in his room because somehow his key card wasn’t working. He went to talk to the manager also the owner of the hotel and as I also went to speak with the manager about our room, I overheard the conversation they were having. The guest told the owner that his key card wasn’t working. The owner asked him his name. He told him and the owner looked it up. He told the guest that his name was not on the list. The guest said check again because I checked in last night which was June 29th. The owner said well I don’t see your name and the guest said well I do t know why. I paid for 3 nights. Again the owner said he could be lying about it. The guy said well I have to go but my things are in my room. I’ll come back and maybe you’ll have it straightened out by then. The owner said I can let you get your things but I can’t let you back in because you’re not listed. The guest said call the clerk that was here last night. She should remember that I checked in. The owner called and had her on speaker and the lady said she remembered him but the owner said well I found his name but he checked in June 23rd and checked out June 27th. The guest was like no no no man I checked in last night. Well needless to say the owner said I can’t let you go back and stay because I don’t see your name.

Comfortable and affordable, just a few hiccups and could be corrected if treated appropriately.

Location to my destination and room size!

Bathtub and breakfast were awful! There were bugs in both areas!

It is very good located.

No one tell us about the breakfast, I make the reservation witha acost of 1392 MXN per night and at the ende they charged more money , and the cleaning was not good enough.

Horrible experience, I won’t do that again

I pay for a regular room but they gave us handicap room. Also, the bathroom was not clean. the bath tub has a dirty film at the bottom along with roaches. We didn’t stay at all we left the same night after we checked in.

Nothing I feel like I should get my money back. I woke up to cockroaches in the bathroom and hallway. The shower is one breath away from falling in.

This hotel should be condemned. I called the health inspectors office to notify them.

just a place to stay the night. luckily it was just a stay for one night.

the only hotel left as the others were full. so price was nice.

smell of marijuana was in the premises. some things in the rooms did not work or is broke. bugs scattered when we went to the bathroom and the fled to hide as soon as the lights were on.

Everything at the motel was great and so was the front desk clerks were wonderful 😊

Not worth the money we paid.

not much.

Staff was not pleasant! Room smelled stale. holes in the bathroom walls. No plastic knives in the breakfast area. Food selection was poor. Bed was not comfortable.

Good for overnight not for lengthy stay

Bed was comfortable and Staff was wonderful

Noisy family running and yelling up and down hallway, towels were stained, phone was hooked up to nothing just decorative, all outlets but one (even lamps and charging ports on alarm and lamps) didn't work at all...

I hated my stay

Location was good

This facility has bad roach problems. The towels are were dirty. You basically at your own risk, ask for a manager to report roach problems the front desk person says the manager not there but I found out the owners sleep on property. They made no effort to resolve the issue

The staff were very nice, friendly and tried to accommodate us.

The hotel was dirty. Our room had roaches. We were shown two additional rooms which both had roaches. After getting a new room. The bed spread was not clean, had to use the bed spread from the first room we were in to find roaches the next day. The floors of the room looked like they were not swept and the sink and tub had used soap on them as if the bathroom was not cleaned effectively.
