Good value, room was spacious, had a microwave. Location was convenient and it was right next to a gas station.
Hard to sleep, there was a constant slow drip coming from inside the wall and it was loud.

The place just needs a complete remodel... like yesterday. It's extremely dingy and dirty and the beds/furniture in the rooms are disgustingly old and wore wore wore wore tf out. Black mold in the restroom and shower ceiling crumbling down.
