La gentillesse de la patronne et du personnel, la propreté, le confort de la literie, la proximité avec MYRTOS (2 km) magnifique village
la route en façade, dangereuse à traverser et bruyante (même si les chambres sont bien insonorisées et que l'on n'entend pas les véhicules lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées) -
Le climatiseur mal placé, au dessus du lit et envoyant directement le vent frais sur la tête de lit
la ville d'Ierapetra (12 kms) , sans intérêt
