Wonderful host and facilities. Very clean, great location, brilliant breakfast.

Very picky saying this but would benefit having a fridge in the room and we kept hitting our heads in the bathroom!

Excellent location with easy access to the beach and town. Nice contemporary furnishings and breakfast room. The breakfast was exceptional and there was also an excellent breakfast menu with a fabulous range of breakfast selections to suit all guest dietary requirements. The omelette was exceptional. Kara is very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation is Excellent value for money, and we would be happy to recommend it to our friends and family.

This may seem a bit picky but the towels in our room although super clean were tired with very frayed edges. The room furnishing were good but the carpet would benefit from a refresh clean. However, we appreciate that it is late in the season and that the guest house is very busy. The only other downside is that the property has no car parking other than the main road (one way) which has restrictions. We used the nearby paid car park to park up which cost £10 for 24 hours. This was not the end of the world 😊
