The proximity to everything. Friendliness of locals. There was equipment available on site so I didn’t have to pay extra at the mine for equipment. Pet friendly which is bonus. Two separate rooms which is perfect for a family.
Lightning in the kitchen and in the living room was a bit dim. We didn’t cook, but I can see if we did how frustrating it may be to do so after dark. The living room wasn’t too bad for knitting if you get close enough to the corner light.
