It was an amazing experience and I’d definitely come back.

Everything! It was close to restaurants, it wasn’t too hard to locate.

AC could have been colder or modifiable.

Had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again.

Location was fantastic. Great view of the river and so many options to eat. Room was much smaller than expected, breakfast area could be improved also

Had to wait a long time for cutlery during breakfast.

Hotel moderne très bien situé mais petit déjeuner catastrophique

La situation de l'Hotel dans un quartier moderne et à la mode

Le petit déjeuner complètement désorganisé ... manque de personnel ....de couverts, d'assiettes , buffet non rechargé et pas assez de place pour s'installer à table , du coup celà nuit considérablement à l'image de l'hôtel qui à part cette partie là est parfait

I will never go back because of the rooms

The staff was great. The location was fantastic. The problem for me was the rooms ,you were not able to open any window and I was having problem with allergy because a lot of dust. The windows can never be open so the rooms are not good. Me and my husband didn’t sleep all the night.

Bad/mediocre

Kenny Walker was exceptional, he accommodated us to the best of his ability and made sure we’re comfortable for the remainder of our stay

I booked a month in advance to get there and they told me they were over sold so we had to get another room, the lady said it was an upgrade but we got in and was one king bed in a 4x4 box with a clogged sink and a burnt toilet seat, I had a party of 4.. I originally booked a 2 bed room with a sofa bed and lots of space, now they gave us a percentage off the room and told us we would be switched to a better room first thing in the morning just for the morning to come and they tell us they have to call us back and had us waiting with no new room and then telling us they’re over booked again and have to wait for us to get a room. We stepped away from the hotel to get brunch to come back to housekeepers in our room with all our bags and belongings open everywhere and no one told us there would be anyone in our room especially with us supposedly switching rooms, we were very disappointed, we finally got a new room around 3pm the next day and it was what I paid for but the whole situation was my birthday stay so just imagine being told “we have good news and bad news” just for them to proceed to give me only bad news.

Not clean and broken mirror left size in TUBE LIGHT seen! Room rate $400+ but toothpaste sets!! Towel was too old!!

My daughter and I had a quick trip to see the cherry blossoms and a few other important buildings 😂

I loved the location by the water. Alot of things to do. The metro was awesome. Breakfast was great!

Probably one of the best locations in DC. Beautiful area and friendly staff.

My first room was dirty when I arrived but the staff moved me to a clean room immediately. They were friendly and professional.

The hotel & location was beautiful. The staff was extremely nice!

The breakfast was average.

Select a food items that do not taste like it's veen frozen or out of a box . The pastries were dry.

Good location but probably wouldn’t stay again.

The property was in a great location. The breakfast offered was also good.

The beds weren’t comfortable there was no water pressure from the top shower head so you had to use the smaller one and my husband said it was like buddy the elf taking a shower, the tub also needed to be scrubbed. The room was very stuffy too.

Great value- nice facilities and attentive service in a good location.

Convenient to restaurants and transportation while set in a relaxed and scenic neighborhood. Facilities were stylish, light, bright, and clean. Service staff was professional and friendly. Guest room, while compact, was very comfortable.

Access from the street was through the parking garage entrance; bath towels seemed basic for the otherwise comfortable room.

Ok, aber....

Der Ausblick, das Frühstück und die Nähe zu touristischen Attraktionen sind sehr gut.

Die Anfahrt ist schwierig (lagebedingt), partylastiges Viertel mit entsprechender Lärmentwicklung. Ungewöhnlicher Schnitt des Hotels, sehr kleine Zimmer und unfähiges Personal. Weitestgehend sauber jedoch hier und da seltsam "drüber" - renoviert. Für 4 reservierte und gezahlte Personen wurde 1 Doppelbett vorbereitet. Das 2te wurde nur unwillig bezogen, das sollten wir als zickende Gäste machen, final bekamen wir keine 2te Zudecke, sondern es blieb beim leeren Bezug.

Great stay for a romantic getaway

Facility was great and staff were nice, great location.

The parking fees were not disclosed at time of cooking, so that was an unexpected free that had to be paid. Would like to have had curtains that shut the whole way or not as see through.

La ubicación, vistas y el entorno

Al desayunar hubo colapso y no había espacio para 4 personas sentadas. A rato se tornaba caótico

Room was room and bathroom were big and breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was excellent. Great variety. Within walking distance from subway and city cruises pier. Requested extra towels and they were brought right up.

Parking was expensive.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Hafen!

Ein wunderbares und ruhiges Hotel am Hafen, mit sehr schöner Aussicht und die Möglichkeit für schöne Spaziergänge. Tolle Anbindung ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Sehr gutes Restaurantangebot direkt vor dem Hotel - Tür auf und man ist mitten im Geschehen. Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde diese Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

Es gibt nichts Negatives.

Love the location. The staff was exceptionally courteous, helpful and professional.

The rooftop and outdoor lounge areas needed a upgrade. Umbrellas are needed for comfort during the summer. A bit pricey.

Great location. Call about the parking first to make things easier.

It was super convenient. We saw a show at the union stage. Location was perfect. Wharf is beautiful. Staff was nice.

The breakfast food was just okay but at least it was free. The parking could of been explained better while booking. The valet is for two hotels but closer to the Canopy so that was a bit confusing. Parking is pricey but expected for the area and I was willing to pay more for the convenience of valet.
