The rooms were large. It worked for me with a queen bed but wouldn’t work if my spouse was with. We would need a king bed.

The walls are pretty thin. I could hear the gentleman in the hearing impaired room talking on the phone very loudly and then was woken by his snoring at 5 am. Very annoying.

Clean and convenient

Great location. Super clean

I stayed on the lower floor. The guests above me were ridiculously loud until 2 am. If I stay here again I will request a top floor room. That is my only complaint. The hotel itself was great

Quick and pleasant.

It was clean, comfortable and had a great breakfast.

The train was loud all night so if we come again we’ll request to stay on the other side of the building.

This was a great place to stay. Home away from home facilities were great to have.

Great room! Stayed here twice. Liked being able to do a load of laundry. Loved being able to bbq some chicken wings also!

I wouldn't know, my reservation was canceled as I was en route to the property - stating some random mechanical problems?? Room had been paid for, and had no option - would have had to sleep in my car if it weren't for the grace of a friend whom I had to call at 11 p.m., they shared an air mattress

The fact that my reservation was canceled at 9 pm at night after they took money on my card with no option to book another hotel room. Poor customer service.

overall we enjoyed our stay.

breakfast , it was pretty good, most days there was a lot to choose from but our last day not so much.

could have used more towels in room, maybe a small broom and dust pan to tidy kitchenette area.

read the above complaint, stay was oterrible, came for our 25th wedding anniversary and it was ruined by the hotel, the

We we’re moved through 3 different rooms !! First room the door didn’t close properly and the staff knew ahead of our stay and still booked us into it. Second room the tub didn’t drain and the black out shades were broken and the staff knew ahead of our stay and still booked us into it. Third room was not the same size but, they still charged the same rate per night. Neither time the manager had any interest in speaking to us. After check out we requested the manager call us and we never received a call. The next day (Wednesday) I called again and was told the manager was “in a meeting” as they were Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as well. I asked (at 11:10am) that they call me back by 2pm or I’d call the customer complaint line at H/O in Memphis TN. received no call back. at 2:10 pm Wednesday May 24 I called the complaint line and after detailing the entire visit was told I’d receive a response WITHIN 48 hours. it is now 61-1/2 hours later and still nothing.

Solid 8 good breakfast and good coffee.

Good coffee, room was clean, new reno, kitchenette was excellent, couch was a bonus, well laid out. Curtain between bedroom area and sitting area had a curtain for privacy if you wanted it. Largest elevators I have ever seen in a hotel.

Water pressure was inconsistent. Told the front desk. Needed some plumbing expertise. Walls thin. Listened to couple argue from 11 pm to 3 am next room over. A solid 8 and would probably stay there again.

Good place to stay

Location was good. Loved having the mini kitchen.

It would've been nice to have gluten free bread option. The yogurt option was too sweet. The floor of the shower was on the slippery side. Egg option had too much onion.

Excellent Value.

Hotel is new. Location is very near Tualip Casino and outlet stores. Ross for less, Kohls within short walk. Fast food and other restauarants close. Stanwood town and Camano Island worth visiting and short drive. 45 min from Seattle. Good breakfast, Nice bed. Good kitchen. Good coffee.

Train goes by at 630 am blowing horn but not too bad.

I had accidentally booked the wrong night, and the staff worked hard, made a long phone call, to rectify the situation.

staff was nice bed was comfortable

flies in 2 different rooms (dead flies swished into the roller blind phone didn’t work water temperature in shower (ok then scalding hot) tv kept kicking back to the main checkin menu on my last day. I had 3 hours until check out time breakfast was very disappointing I know they just opened recently so, hopefully all of this will get better. But I wish I would’ve chose a different hotel for my weekend away.

It was clean and I felt secure enough. It served it's purpose of a room for one night.

I had to pass by the hotel and turn around to gain access to the facility. Breakfast had a great selection, but as expected for a continental breakfast.

Friendly staff does not make up for terrible room

good location friendly staff

the room was atrocious- the pillows were not comfortable nor was the mattress nor the bed. The shower would not heat up at all. There was constantly a Smokey smell (air quality was 26- not a wildfire). Additionally, no extra pillows or blankets. This was terrible I should have Ubered home instead of wasting a nights sleep
