The location is great, the staff is really friendly. Breakfast is also pretty good.

There was nothing to like.
We were unable to stay at this hotel due to Government banning the sailing of all ferries to the island. We were notified the night before. There was absolutely no way for us to reach this hotel to have our stay, so i would advise you to bear this in mind if you book to stay here, especially after the unpredictable weather Bali has been having.
We did book the room as non refundable, however even if we had booked the 24hour cancellation we would have still had to pay as we only got notified the night before our stay that the Govt had closed the ports.
Despite this situation being beyond our control and literally not possible for us to reach the hotel felt this was a valid enough reason to not give us our money back.
Initially they told us that booking.com could only manage a refund but after several days of chasing it was their side that was denying a refund. They offered a credit note but like so many other people booking a hotel, we do not live near and are unable to return anytime soon or be able to afford to travel there, so it proves useless not to mention not wanting to stay there due to their poor handling of the situation.
So whilst the bad weather ensures in Bali, be careful what you book for and that you may find the hotel happy to keep payment for a service that couldn't be used for reasons beyond your control.

Best location in the island where you can spot turtles every day. Having the pool and sandbeds at the beach front was so comfortable and with an amazing view.
Nice staff and service.
Aircon didn’t work properly and was very noisy, bathroom looks a bit old and neglected, we had mold in the shower.
Breakfast was good but the day we had à la carte we had to wait 45 minutes before getting served.

The staff were beyond helpful, genuine & friendly.
I would compare the quality of staff to the Ritz-Carlton or the Four Seasons. Unbelievably kind and always willing to go out of their way for you to enjoy your stay.
The taste & quality of food is the best you’ll get on the island. Don’t even bother trying to elsewhere on Gili Meno. On top of that, the drinks were so refreshing & well prepared.
Value for money is great and the staff are able to make arrangements for other activities (i.e. snorkelling, horse riding etc.).
There were some bugs/insects around the room but this is very common within Indonesia (and all of our stays within Bali). However, the staff provides you with insect repellent to combat this.
Wi-Fi can be a bit annoying but you shouldn’t be on this beautiful island for the internet. Disconnect and enjoy!!

We choosed the sea view bungalow and it was a great choice! Very nice view, very clean. Great pleasure to stay here. The island is quite calm so you you could rest here and enjoy the nature. Specially the sea. It is possible to snorchle directly in front of the resort together with turtles (if you choose the right time with less boats in the area). We also use some services provided by the resort - snorchling tour around island (but one of the best areas is directly in front of the resort:)). It is possible to manage privatwe boat to other gili islands, rent a bike, rent snorchling gear. Time to time they organize very nice barbecue at the dinner time directly on the beach! It was fantastic. Breakfast is OK - a la carte in case of less guests. We spend 4 days here and it was great relax. Staff is super friendly and helpfull. Perfect spot for the end of our vacation in Indonesia.
Food in the restaurant is let say average but in the area there is plenty great local Warungs.

The location is simply stunning, on a quiet part of the beach with gorgeous views of Lombok and Gili Air. There are plenty of sun beds for relaxing and they are extremely comfortable, with large sheets providing shade. The music being played is consistently excellent and very appropriate for the environment and atmosphere of relaxation. The staff were very friendly and polite. They even have a huge library of DVDs for you to borrow and watch in your room (the wifi in the room is not strong enough for streaming, but who cares when you’re in paradise) though we didn’t watch any. The room itself is decorated in a nice style and the shower is nice and warm, the AC cool but not ice cold even when on 18c, maybe it needs a service. Breakfast is very tasty especially the potatoes and sausages, though it takes a while to arrive so if you have to catch a boat after, leave plenty of time for breakfast. Make sure to visit the top floor of the hotel, the lounge is really nice and you’ll likely have it to yourself.
AC could be a bit colder and breakfast service a bit quicker.

Service at a high level! The staff was very attentive, responsive and always helped with any questions. We especially liked Dani, the evenings in the restaurant were really heavenly thanks to his help

Location is super. Staff were great. Locals are lovely. The fast-boat ride over there from the port and the horse and cart ride to the hotel were fun.
Music was always western modern and quite loud and hard to sit or lie somewhere away from the noise. Also need more separation between guests for beach evening dining for privacy.
So sad about all the rubbish on the beach. The hotel cleans up in front of its area (which is fabulous) and so do a number of other hotels/bungalows, but still the piles of rubbish are awful ESPECIALLY right at the turtle sanctuary. Locals said it was rubbish from Bali that floats over when there is rain. Rubbish was a problem in most of Bali and Lombok but it was good to see local businesses and people try to keep on top of it. The government should seriously help with this huge problem NOW or tourists won't come back.
Wine and beach sunset BBQ are very expensive for what you get. Stick to the main menu.

Very relaxed atmosphere with beautiful pool, comfortable loungers and right on the ocean. The staff was so wonderful and welcoming and the food was good.
Definitely catered to couples and not solo travellers. The tour packages and pricing was all based on 2 people and the pricing was the same for 1. Great place for a couples vacation or group. The wifi was not good. Not a place for remote work.

The location is excellent. After doing a lap of the island, we can say that this is the best beach of the island! Bonus is the turtles that are just a swim away from the beach. We saw at least one everyday and a lot of amazing fish too. The other excellent thing about this hotel is its staff. Friendly, always smiling very attentive, they even taught us some Indonesian as it was the beginning of our trip.

The location is one of the nicest on Meno, beachfront with nice pool. Plenty of sun-beds on the beach although a little limited around the pool unless you get your towel on one by 7am...!
The bungalows are like beach huts, fairly small room but cosy and private, very comfortable beds and excellent aircon. Bonus to have a fridge to keep beers and water chilled. Good area for suitcases and spacious bathroom with powerful shower.
Some really great Warungs within a 10 minute walk, Jizzys was AMAZING, our go to.
We loved our 7 night stay, incredibly good value for money and wonderful staff, special shout out to Echo and Ryan who looked after us in the restaurant and the lovely Yuseril who cleaned our room.
Amazing snorkelling direct from the beach, we were thrilled to see lots of turtles and beautiful fish, the water is so clear and clean. Shoes needed on the beach as there is a lot of washed up coral.
We had no issues with WIFI at all, good enough connection to work from laptop in room.
Sorry...but the breakfast was terrible :O(
Food in general not great by western standards but plenty of local warungs to check out.
Happy hour.. we ordered draught beer but it had run out, offered bottled beer which we accepted but when we paid bottled beer not included in happy hour, should have been told before hand. Double check before ordering!

The food was below average. Getting to the resort was troublesome, with the resort knowing we were coming on the next boat (a large group of us),it would have been great to have been greeted at the dock and at the least, our luggage transported to the resort (even at a cost).

A beautiful and well managed resort on our favorite Gili island on a white sand beach with reef in front, turquoise waters and wonderful staff! The resort has a yoga shala, a spa and a great restaurant! The blossoming frangipiani trees and the hospitality of the staff and management made our stay wonderful and we’ll surely be back!

All staff was very friendly and supportive. They help us booking our transfer/ferry from and to Bali. Plenty of sun beds around, you can always find a free place. Food and service in the restaurant are quite good. Beach is well kept, and probably one of the best around the island.
Wi-fi coverage is not the best, especially near the Villas on the back end of the resort.

Great swimming, snorkelling and sea kayak just in front.
Private, secluded and peaceful, away from noisy bars.

The staff was very polite and helpful.
The food was delicious.
The beach was very good in the turtle paradise.
You can find a lot of diving school along the beach.
We asked for a room on the first floor, but we got one on the ground floor, 5 meters from a construction site. They moved our room on special request.
The game room was not functional, although we would have liked to have used it in the evenings.
The Wifi connection was very slow.
