Maybe a good value at $6 a night

TV remote had dead batteries. Absolutely no Internet. In my professional opinion it's been that way for awhile In the description at the very end of the post it says no cash I was sent from the property to an ATM. The required $100 deposit can only be made in cash. credit or debit card can not be used.

No vending or Ice machines. Just sheets on the bed no blanket. How can any business operate like this and have Expedia continue promoting their business?

Not worth even if it was a $25 per day value.

Nothing good about it… was basically a place to shower and bed to sleep

Internet was not working, and I came to find out they don’t have internet since COVID but still lie saying they do, bathroom was broken, a square mirror on the top of the bath sink ( you con cut yourself), toilet missing cover so the towel and toilet paper falls into it. Missing closet door, no security bolt luck so anyone can get in your room with the master key, no daily mates to clean your room. Simply an horrible place.

roaches everywhere I couldn’t sleep however money was taken out my bank account and I was told non refundable and it is not fair they continue to run a motel like that and there is no smoke detectors so it’s not worth it. safe Hazards

don’t stay here, stay anywhere else!

close to Richmond train station

dirty sheets, toilet didn’t flush, shower broken and low pressure, tiny towels, TV didn’t work properly and took 15 minutes to turn on, air con was dirty, floor was dirty, pillows are uncomfortable, bathrooms filthy

Scary hidden creepy bums hanging around loacation

This place on the internet looks nice, Once I got to this secluded location there was a small entry way and not much space to park, I had to park on the street and there was lots of bums druggists hanging around I was scared to get out of my car I was alone in my new car and didn’t feel comfortable enough to get out and walk to the office to check in, I do not recommend this place very secluded and creepy looking

I had a reservation for a 2 bed room. When we came there they said we have reservation for 1 bed. I showed him a confirmation email where jt said 2 bed queen room. He said no and asked me to pay additional $30 for a 2 bed room. I had a same reservation for 2 bed queen room a night before and there was no problem. The price was same for both nights, but yet for the second night they didn't accept my email as confirmation and asked for additional $30. Also, the drain in the shower was clogged I guess because the water was standing for some time before it went away. Everything is outdated. So be prepared to pay additional charges since they don't honor a confirmation email as confirmation for booking. Also they don't honor the confirmation on the Booking app.
