The property was delightful and the views from our bedroom was spectacular. Bob was the perfect host, mkaing us extremely welcome and cooking an amazing breakfast for both mornings we were there. We would love to return one day.
The only negative ai can think of is nothing to do with the B&B itself, but more related to it's location (which was spectacular!) - the nearest restaurants were a few miles away and there were no taxis available out there in the sticks so one of us had to be the nominated driver each night,

Breakfasts were fabulous- better than any deluxe hotel! Host was very accommodating.
Room was charming and bed quite comfortable. Water views outside our window were so beautiful. And it was very quiet!

We stayed in the Kennebec suite in the cottage, which is a lovely room with a balcony and nice view of the cove. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the small gas woodstove for the chilly night. The breakfast was OK (pesto scrambled eggs, 2 local sausages, toast, OJ and good coffee), but not as good as I had anticipated based on the pics and reviews and other B&B's we have stayed at. It is a nice quite location, yet not far from Bath, Boothbay, Brunswick, Freeport & Portland. We enjoyed spending half a day at Reid State Park, which is super close and very beautiful. It's nice the B&B has kayaks as well, and a very sweet cat :)

Each morning's breakfast was delicious. Bob was an excellent host. We enjoyed having the opportunity to talk with other folks who were staying there.
The one thing you can't change is the location. It was a serene setting and, even though the drives are quick to other locations (e.g., town, beach, restaurants, etc.), it felt a smidge too remote for me. That was not a deal breaker, and we would still stay at Coveside again if we were in that vicinity.

We liked the house, especially porches, the view, the breakfast on the patio, the guests were interesting, the host Bob was very helpful and welcoming, and the area was beautiful!
The only thing that would be better was the bouncy mattress!

The most ideal place to relax. Loved the view of the bay and the Innkeeper was friendly and made a terrific breakfast. Having access to a common area screened in porch was a plus!
I really don't have much to say that I didn't like. Perhaps a small table to add to the private balcony would be my only suggestion.

Our overnight stay at Coveside provided the total recharge we were seeking. Bob is a true super host in every sense of the word, from his eye for the finest interior decor to his exquisite culinary skills, creating a divine breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. All this, combined with the stunning view from the Kennebec suite is simply unbeatable during any season.
I didn’t like that this question stumped me. There was no response I could think of other than this!

Our room was very small and warm but when ran air the unit began to make very loud noise so did not run.

My husband and I had a relaxing three night stay at the Coveside B&B…friendly and relaxed owner…wonderful breakfast…VERY peaceful location…kayaking from the dock…glasses of wine overlooking the cove…beautiful and comfortable room. This place is a treasure!

Bob, the host, was very hospitable, creating a friendly atmosphere, and cooking a delicious breakfast, every morning something different and creative, served at comfortable tables, inside and out. The view was gorgeous, the room was open and airy, decorated with exquisite taste. We enjoyed meeting the other guests either at breakfast or on the grounds. At Bob's suggestion, we visited the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and were totally wowed. We spent hours walking the beach in nearby Reid State Park and the beautiful Popham Beach not far away. Great eating options nearby, including Anchor Bar & Grill and Five Islands Lobster Pound. Good to book ahead for evening meals. Bob did everything to make us comfortable. Can't wait to go back.

Very cozy, intimate experience. Bob is a wonderful caretaker and was available for all of our needs but not too present (what you want on a getaway). Breakfast was familial and the bikes were an awesome addition for fun local transport!

Everything exceeded our expectations, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the location, the view, the hospitality. It was the perfect 50th birthday getaway for my husband, can not say enough about how much we loved it.
I can not think of anything that could be better, even the weather was perfect!
