I really liked everything, except one thing
one of the staff (a younger gentleman) was not all that friendly when we checked in. We asked him where the lift was and he kept shaking his arm/hand in the direction of the lift. I wonder if that could be in another way.

The breakfast was the star of the show. The pool is small but nice. Basketball goal and pickleball court. The gym equipment was fine. The cleanliness of the room was good. The location and the views were great!
The elevators were absolutely terrible, we got stuck in it twice. If you have anxiety, take the stairs. The thermostat in the room was bad, couldn’t get it to the set point. The HVAC system was very loud in one of the bedrooms. We ran out of toilet paper. The bed was uncomfortable. We were not aware of happy hour and were too late. The gym smelled like a cabbage shrimp salad.
