Loved the view. The Owner was very nice.

Right on the ocean/beach

Some maintenance issues. Noisy neighbors on lanai and terrible cigar smoke odors from neighbors.

Excellent location right on the beach. Great views of the ocean. Host was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were as advertised and very comfortable.

Ran into a few issues: Had to change condos after the first night due to a water issue. There was also a power outage for a few hours the next morning, and this delayed our days plans slightly

Beautiful condo,, very clean!!! The host made you feel at home with so many small details, such as kcups etc. The beach was incredible and the complex was quiet and relaxing. The only problem we encountered was the pool by the B and C buildings had some water quality issues which made it unsafe ? to swim in unfortunately. We hope the issues get resolved soon for the other guests this summer.

The check in and check out process was perfect. Appreciated availability for questions regarding the condo. The condo itself was very clean, updated and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and very much appreciated the extra towels and beach chairs provided by the condo. The pool was very nice on side as well. The building itself was nothing special and there were no extras included such as golf cart rental, restaurants on site, etc. The kitchen was also very well equipped which was a good thing because we cooked every day. Overall, with the exception of the price (lol) we had a wonderful vacation and appreciated being able to enjoy Amelia island. Thank you! Pamela and Lola

50th anniversary, a week spent in paradise.

Breakfast not applicable. We did our own cooking. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas for two days.

One light switch in bathroom was broken. Everything a little damp, but that is Florida.

Relaxing and Adorable

The location was beautiful and the host was amazing, accommodating and very responsive. Alexa was installed, which was fun and convenient to use.

The photos of this particular property and the views are misleading. The view of the beachfront is partially obstructed by other condos. The washer/dryer were in the small kitchen. Overall the condo, while adorable and comfortable, lacked the upscale vibe of the photos. The coffee set up and spices for cooking were very appreciated and a nice touch.

The property sets perfect to the ocean. The condo is a smart condo and everything is powered by Alexis. It was fantastic!!!

The sofa was not a sleeper sofa. It could have been a tad mor comfortable. Other than that nothing.

Bedroom pillows were somewhat hard, but should of brought our own. No worries.

Very nice two bedroom condo. Well-kept… Very clean!

Much more difficult to make arrangements than a hotel room. Five page rental agreement… Gate code … Door code Probably a decent value for a family… Not a good value for a single traveler.

Superb

Super nice room with a great view of the ocean. Very modern style with several smart home features. Beds were very comfortable and the condo was very well kept.

Only down side was that water pressure would not supply both showers at same time.
