Wind in the Willows Overnight

The suite was perfect, I think I would like to live there....The breakfast muffins were delicious...A lovely snack bag was left on the counter and there were ample bottles of water and seltzer/ sodas in the fridge. The house gives you a sense of peace when you enter, just leaving the outside world behind. I love all the lovely artwork, the wallpaper on the staircase walls.. There is a lovely barn in the back with so many items to select from! You can walk to the Breakfast Club and have the most delicious pancakes ever! Everything is made from stratch with farm fresh ingredients. You can get take out from the Heartbreak Hotel which has a wide selection of choices. My husband had the most delicious hamburger ever! But most of all, the owners, Bob and Leslie go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best!

It was so beautiful

It was roomy, but was furnished well for comfort. Despite the quirks that come with the age of the house, it was so well maintained and spotless that it was one of the most cozy stays we've had. No breakfast was included, but when we checked in we found delicious home-made strawberry muffins and a baggie of other snacks, the coffee pods were well stocked. The bathroom was very clean, a small hand-made soap was provided along with other standard toiletries. The bed and bedding were immensely comfortable. I was very close to asking where the bedding was from because they were so soft.
