Hathaa beach is a nice hotel for a short/transit stay. It’s right across the Hulhumale public beach. The staff were friendly and service was good. The room and the bathroom were clean and had necessary aminities. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall a nice one night stay.
The reception is on the 3rd floor and when we arrived there was no staff. So, we had to leave our luggage downstairs and climb the stairs to reach reception. There was no elevator. Eventually the staff came and carried our luggage.
There was a TV in the room but they had no subscription for any channel. So, it was useless. It was during world cup and we were eager to watch a football match that night.

Hotel right on the beach so provides a nice walk and Cafe right underneath for a quick coffee.
They did have a balcony area but we didn't use.
The hotel is hidden on the street and reception was on the 3rd floor... with no lifts!
Bed had broken springs, not a good night sleep.
