Disappointing

Good location

Tiki bar was closed for the weekend. Bar/restaurant staff were not very friendly.

good concept, bad execution. wouldn’t stay again.

the location is nice.

we went for a family trip. the splash pool was closed and staff at failed to notify before arrival. couldn’t cancel because didn’t go through them. the other pools were freezing cold, the beds were very uncomfortable and the hotel was dirty. we used the open pool then checked out that same day and drove home.

Fun place to stay!

My kids had fun! There was a lot for them to do!

Room sheets needed changed when I first got to the room. The batteries also died to the scanner for my room and I had to tell the front desk and wait to get in.

Nice time for the kiddos

Access to the indoor pool from the room was nice.

clean, extremely noisy, not worth the money!

good location, nice staff, clean and fun swimming area.

beds were very uncomfortable and loud, the rooms were small and had very little places to put food and drinks and only two chairs for people to sit at. definitely not worth purchasing extra wrist bands for people to come swim, they were very overpriced. the bar didn’t seem to have many options.

Would definitely not stay here again!

I did like that the pools were open until 9:30 and that there was a hot tub.

The pool areas were very run down, grimy, and dirty. The pool bar is basically a storage area and not open. The room was also dirty- there was hair ties, wrist bands, and trash from the previous guest. We were told to call the front desk at 10 if we wanted to do late checkout, the employee at check in (who was VERY NICE & helpful) had told us we could stay in the room until 12:00 the following day. When I called, promptly at 10, the lady who answered the phone was very rude and said they only take a couple of late checkouts and she has no idea why we were told that, she then proceeded to hang up on me. Normal check out is 11:00 so it was no big deal that we couldn’t stay the extra hour- I was more turned off by the lady that answered the phone and the way she spoke to a guest.

My kids had a blast in the pool, however loosing a large part of the water area(pirate ship) be removed and not replaced with anything at all was a huge bummer. We stayed on that side and it is just a normal pool. If your going to take half the attractions away, you should adjust your costs of staying as such. The kiddie area was packed since that's the only area with water attractions now.

You pretty much have a normal pool with some fountains now. Since you decided to remove the pirate ship and not say anything. It needs to be removed from the photos. It's most definitely not there.

Pleasant

The kids pool on the one side.

They took out the second play area in the pool. The arcade was grossly overpriced. They are now cashless, which we didn't plan for.

Disappointing

Staff was very friendly

The room was pretty mediocre, there was barf all over the wall beside the bed. The bathroom was pretty dirty, and the beds super uncomfortable. The pools were nice, and so was staff.

The perfect place to take our family for a couple of days!

The kiddie pool and an adult pool and swim up bar were all in the same area which was very nice for families with kids and adults of all ages. Also the addition of the arcade and on-site restaurant made it very convenient. Very affordable for families to enjoy time together!! We will definitely be back again with our grandkids.

From the website, I was under the impression that the east side was a water park for toddlers and west side was a water park for a little older kids. But the west side is a regular pool. Probably my own misinterpretation. I just had it in my head there more water slides than just the one. But it was fun for our 2,4, and 8 year old grandchildren!

we loved the staff and how clean the rooms were

They had taken out the giant pirate ship 1 week before our stay without notifying people that had prior reservations. We were counting on the water park but it was only a pool :(

Adventureland convenience

The convenience of a store and sports bar & grill inside the hotel. They do have swimming pools, but I did not venture there.

Seemed a bit outdated to the times, being it is a hotel that is part of an amusement park. The room itself was decent and a good size bathroom and comfortable bed.
