Good value for money

It has a great location, not far from the beach and from different shops and the public transport. There is air conditioning in every room. The wifi works great. The basic facilities (kitchen, bathroom) are ok. You can park in front of the property.

A bit more kitchen facilities should be in the apartments. (Such as glasses, forks, spoons.)

Superb

It is the best option for a family. It's near the beach all the facilities are around the hotel.

The only issue is that there is no elevator in the hotel, and it was difficult for the baby trolley.

Everything was top-notch. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Pretty much everything, especially facilities and location. The apartment looked nice, was clean, and had all essentials for a wonderful summer vacation stay with family. The bus stop was also nearby, so it was easy to commute around the city.

The stray cats and dogs camping outside the building Waiting to check in as nobody was at the reception when we arrived but also there was no way of contacting them prior to arriving to inform them of flight delays and ETA.

Bathrooms need to be fix

The location was good enough for me.

Bathroom was very bad , water is fllowiing , broken bathroom chair 🚽, bad smells , no windows in the bathroom, the validation is not working.

It was comfortable and clean. Good for a night stayover.

We were 10 mins late checking out as my disabled daughter needed the toilet, the staff abruptly knocked the door for us to leave, there should have been a little more flexibility considering we came at 9.30pm. This could have been done in a more polite manner.

Worst experience ever!

Our stay at Ale Apartments in Antalya was a complete disaster. The rooms were uncomfortable and unsanitary, with condensation, damp, and mold everywhere. The air conditioning was not working, and the kettle, microwave, and electric hob were all inoperable. The owner was rude and dismissive, and when we brought up our concerns, he quickly left, leaving us in a freezing room, promising that someone would fix the air conditioning the next day. No one showed up, and we spent an unbearable night in a freezing room. To make matters worse, when we contacted Booking.com for assistance, they were unresponsive and provided no help whatsoever. Despite our repeated attempts to resolve the issue, they failed to take any action or provide any meaningful support. We strongly advise against staying at Ale Apartments, and we are extremely disappointed with Booking.com's lack of action and customer service. We believe it is irresponsible to list such apartments on their website and hold them responsible for the entire ordeal. We will not be using Booking.com again and encourage others to avoid this service.

Apartment is pretty worn out. Dirty furniture. Leaking shower hose. In booking was informed that free upgraded to bigger apartment but host was not able to provide.

Very good

The apartment was big enough, warm and equipped with everything for comfortable stay. The location is good, there are some restaurants and a few supermarkets nearby. It's 10-15 minutes walk from the sea.

Wifi connection was not stable. One day we didn't have hot water. No 24 hour reception. If you need something in the evening, you need to phone for someone to come.

Would highly recommend for visitors / explorers. Not so much for tourists on a beach holiday.

Great location, not too touristy but had supermarkets and plenty of restaurants / food outlets very nearby. 10 minute walk to the beach. Not everyone will appreciate the call to prayer several times per day from the Mosque next door, but we felt it made our trip more authentic. Fantastic value for money as a self-contained base for exploring the local area.

There are quite a few apartments, and it can be a little noisy with people coming and going through the stairwell. The balcony was very small, with a view over a side street, but considering the price this is a very small point. If we wanted a huge balcony with a view we would have paid four times the price at a seafront hotel.

I don’t advice to stay there

Location

It’s awful apartment! During 7 days of my stay there wasn’t hot water in the shower till I complained ! They switched it off after their work to do the economy of electricity and my family had to wash in cold water ! Wifi Connection is terrible ! They have low speed there and it always breaks! I couldn’t work properly. On my complains the owner answered that it’s common problem in Antalya. But my friends from other apartments didn’t face these !

The location is reasonable and within good distance from places in the Konyaaltı area although about 10/20 min drive from old town and can get quite busy trying to get there in the evening.

the place needs some upkeep and there was a funny smell in the apartment and the bathrooms was pretty worn down and needs to be over hauled plus very tight bathroom area for showering and going toilet. pillows were also pretty worn down and uncomfortable.

It was lovely and hassle-free

The location was very convenient for us. The rooms were also very spacious which was great for us. Everything was also provided for us so it made things very easy for us.

We were very happy with everything. It was hard to find anything we were not satisfied with according to our expectations.

Disappointing

A little bit about the location. Hample of parking lot. Close to some grocery shops and some restaurants. Other than this nothing so special. There is a dish washer and cooking utensils

We rented a 2 B/R apartment and we were accommodated at the 4th floor. No lift hence we had to carry all our luggage to the top. Also the furniture is a bit aged. One of the room is a modified Balcony with glass windows all around with the heat of Antalya the Air conditioning is not cooling especially in the afternoons. I think the price is exagurated.
